They said they were out of roast beef. Then said their system is down and can't even give us our free water. You had one job Arby's, roast beef and failed on multiple levels. Be better.
9:30pm on a Saturday night when they close @ midnight and they don’t have roast beef… the thing they’re known for?!?! You just “don’t have roast beef,” go grab some more frozen beef and heat it up like you do any other time. It’s not like your location ran out until the next truck comes.
I really don't like their speaker. I think the company should buy them a new one. I'm sick and can barely talk so I had to yell and it sounded as if I was being rude, which I wasn't. I was mainly here to get my grandma's jalapeño bites that she didn't receive the last time i was here. So the two young men at the drive thru window were the nicest to me and took care of my meal. I'm very grateful and appreciative for them. God bless them in a mighty special way. Thank you kind sirs.
Ordered chicken tenders to go. This was around 7pm on Thursday. Order came up in about a minute. Knew something wasn't right. When I got them home, the chicken had been reheated or it had been under the heat lamp since 6 o'clock. Terrible.

Ordered 2 a Ruben meal with crinkle cut ffs was basically just meat and bread a few shreds of kraut and a pinch of cheese son got French dip meal they gave him crinkle cut ffs instead of curly and ordered a classic roast beef had to pull over and wait for the ffs why not sure cause they were cold and gross and there was a long hair in the roast beef sandwich if your going to charge as much as you do you should consider making it worth my money!! Absolutely the worst food from Arby's ever!!

My wife ordered two jalapeno roast beef sliders + 1 buffalo chicken slider and got to Buffalo chickens in one jalapeno roast beef. I ordered a large ice water and was handed a small requested a large and was given a medium. When I called to let them know about the mix-up on the order the manager had no tact whatsoever. Then proceeded to tell me that it's their policy not to give out large ice water. When I requested to pay for a large icewater she told me that was not allowed and was not an option. I can't believe you can't get what you want at this Arby's location. I just can't believe they would not allow me to purchase a large ice water. Unbelievable I'll never spend money at that location again and the manager needs to be retrained or replaced. Well she claimed to be a manager she didn't give me a name so I can't be certain she was the manager but she had a real bad attitude .
Did yhe drive thru and gad no problems with minimL wait time.
