I ordered over $30 for pick up. While they did a great job of providing the Arby’s sauce as requested, I asked for no Swiss cheese on the mini beef sliders. There is no where on the app to make a note for an allergy either so that isn’t helpful. Well they put the cheese on there anyway n I had to peel it off the best way possible. I still had a reaction. N Benadryl was my best friend that night. Also, the two beef n cheddar sandwiches ordered were so smashed it looked like someone sat on them before they were put in the bag. The green mint shake ordered, was soup when I got it, had to be put into the freezer for an hour to bring it back to life. Won’t be ordering through the app ever again.
Really? You forgot to put the Cheddar on a beef and cheddar sandwhich?? Just how, how do you forget that, how does that happen? I'm more confused than disappointed. Didn't want the sandwhich after that, but the mozzarella sticks were okay and my milkshake was amazing. 2 Stars. Will rate higher if you put all of the ingredients on my sandwhich next time
I just tried the king Hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich....OMG so good!!! I heard great things about it and wanted to try it myself....best sandwhich ever. It's a must try. The service was fast and great.
Bit disappointed that my sandwich was "plain". A pickle slice would have been a great accompaniment. But there was Arby Sauce; & Horsey Sauce, which l was not offered or given
Really Arby's? I come to this restaurant because is the closest location to my house. We come often because my Autistic kid loves their chicken fingers from this specific chain but is getting worst and worst. This is my 3rd time in this month that they keep giving chicken nuggets in my chicken fingers orders. Today I asked for an order of 3 fingers they give me 1 and 2 nuggets. 2 pieces were very small the size of a nugget. Com' on. My son got very upset when we got home he opened the bag and saw the size of this 2 pieces. If I wanted o buy nuggets I should've ordered nuggets not chicken fingers. Too bad I didn't checked the bag at the window other wise I would've tell them what was that!!
My first Arbys experience. A generously filled sandwich, but the beef was wet and watery, not as tasty as it looked in the picture. Also the sandwich filling was merely warm, not really hot.
But to be fair to them, it was the middle of the afternoon so the place was dead. 100% for swift service though.
Mobile order through Uber eats. You put my reciept on the wrong bag so I was delievered the wrong food. Uber eats only refunded me part of the order, because when I went to reorder, the promo originally used was suddenly gone! Customer service told me they couldn't make up the difference because the promo was the restaurant's, so i was only partially returned my money in Uber cash. At this point it's 2 hours later and I haven't eaten dinner, and also out almost $10. For Arby's.
There is never more than two cars at this location at a time, how do yall mess this up.
Top notch Arby's! Drive thru staff were very friendly and patient (we ordered a bunch of different stuff). Food came out quick and was tasty.
