Worst experiancw i have ever had with Arbys!!!!Well went in happy to order one of the new good buger menu items and I ordered the cheesy bacon good burger meal which is one of if not the most expensive meal on the menu which i was also charged for per my reciept . when I got home to my burger which I thought I would enjoy... I was wrong. There wasn't bacon on my burger , there wasn't even cheese on the freaking burger.... they are bother literally in the name. I'm so disappointed this completely ruined my experience and when I tried to call to tell them to get it fixed they pulled the phone off so they can't get calls. Absolutely horrible customer service. I won't be back. Do not recommend!! I would give no stars if it was an option.
Arby's Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich is good if you can get a staff member that will give you one that is hot and fresh with crispy but not burnt bacon and barbecue sauce and hot, curly, fresh off the grill fries not mixed in with the rest of the fries. If their in a good mood, a nice thick milkshake once in a while to top it off is the ultimate treat but pinch me because I am dreaming.
This location is full of rude non-customer driven staff members who abruptly want to get rid of you while your talking to them at the speaker and if you successfully make it to the window you do not get what you ask for. Whatever contents are thrown into the brown bag and off you go. Good riddance to you!
Just your average fast food. Kind of slow service, the prices are getting a little ridiculous. But the food still taste good
All you expect from an Arby’s Just a normal consistent Arby’s with the same good food like always and prices are on point as well 2x6 dollars for 2 sandwiches and i serviced very quickly and offered tons of option for sauce and staff was very friendly as well all around a good decent experience.
My sister & l went to Arby's yesterday in Burien Washington to grab a bite after we heard all of the ruckus on the radio about how 'fantastic' these wagyu burgers were at Arby's. Apparently, they deep fry the meat because they don't have grills there. Me love deep fry!!????
We got two of the different burgers and each tried a bite of the other. They were good with a brioche bun, cheese, & all the fixings, and it was an enjoyable burger. One had bacon & a ranch dressing, the other was a 1,000 island type..
Was it that much better? Remarkably different? In my opinion, not a big difference from a good burger. A good bun, meat not overly cooked, cheese, a little juicey with the goods & I'm down... I like a Wendy's double for my own choice locally, but this one was not a bad burger.. Just not fantastic like we heard on the radio.
A bit over hyped in our opinion, but still enjoyable. From what I understand, it's only on the menu for about a week. Tell me what you think..????
Service was okay but you can tell they don't want to be there; the roast beef sliders were good though.
Arby's roast beef sandwiches are something you love, or don't. There is no in-between.
I love one a month, with loads of their "horsey" sauce, so named in an age when no one joked about horses as a result. Not exactly horseradish (or it would blow your face off), but darn close.
If you want a huge wad of micro-thin slices of perfectly salted beef, you should try one.
