I was very impressed with the customer service when I stopped to get a couple roast beef sandwiches tonight. Sam waited on me and proved skillful in multi-tasking...greeting customers & taking their orders, handling the fryer, putting orders together & me containing a pleasant attitude. I was bothered as the customer after me was rude & upset that he had to wait a brief period of time to be waited on. Sam was busy preparing my order yet remained pleasant to the rude customer. I was impressed by Sam's professionalism and patience!!
By the time I put my debit card in my pocket. They called my name. Their service is always fast and the food is always hot and fresh. Tell me what you order when you go to Arby's. Steven J
Ordered 2 gyros thru the drive thru.
Took home not far and found the bread
falling apart. What a mess. Gyros bread was old. Every time we drive thru this
Arby's something isn't right. I do not recommend.
Placed and paid for our order. The cashier told me that they had to make fresh fries. So we waited for them to come out, and they weren't fresh at all. They were overcooked and not hot at all.
Messed up my order AGAIN !!!
How hard is it to get a "one sandwich" order right ? Unbelievable. Why do I keep coming back every so often ? I truly don't know...

Used to be a go to for fast food but the food quality and preparation is horrible. It’s like playing the lottery for hot food. Service staff is extremely rude
After seeing the advertising all over the Internet and other places for arby's serving a duck sandwich. I called up the local arby's to ask Them if they had to duck sandwich. The lady replied no . I then said are you going to get it. she said ,I have no idea what you're talking about a duck sandwich. I then replied , could I have the manager. She replied, I am the manager, food for thought.
Its is time the fix the roof and ceiling tiles at this location . It has been like it is for over a year.
