Was waiting in terminal and wanted to have a quick dinner . Arby’s wasn’t crowded and thought of picking something quick .. had a chk sandwich and some curly fries .. sandwich was ok. The sauce was kind of sticky. Tasted ok. Fries actually tasted good . Service was ok. Ambience was very normal. Overall an average experience …
A different sandwich.
It was full of meat because I ordered double, but I think that it is too much.
Probably, it would be better with some salad and tomato.
We just wanted a quick bite to eat before our flight home So we stopped here. Awful customer service, guy was serving the lady in front of us and was so kind to her, guy wouldnt even look me and my husband in the eyes to take our order, he acted extremely hostile. Get some new employees this looks really bad for you Arbys on top of all that it wouldn't let us leave no tip. Ive never been somewhere new and been treated like that.
Few attendants. The same one that takes the order prepared the food. And a little bit careless.
The burguer is not that much. I was expecting far beyond that.
I have had good experiences here before but this place has gone downhill. On 4/17 I visited this Arby’s and ordered mozzarella sticks. They ended giving me chicken nuggets, which they charged me for. I said “ thats not what I ordered”. The employee apologized for punching in the wrong thing. She said “ I will give you the nuggets for free instead of the refund.” I agreed and got the correct food this time. I sat down to eat and try the free chicken nuggets, only to my surprise the chicken was raw.
I immediately went back up to the counter to let the staff know and they apologized, tossed all the cooked chicken on the line and said “I will make this right, and cook you some new.” I agreed. I got the new chicken but could not eat… the damaged had been done. I got food poisoning within 30 mins and have not been able to eat much for 5 days. Please, make sure your employees know what they are cooking and for how long. I do not wish this on anyone.
Look, this is the Airport Arby’s, you are a captive audience. The staff and food are on par with my expectations, it’s the customers who can get impatient. When I was there, the customers were very nice. The staff were very efficient and the food came out fast. This was a good stop for food between flights.
Absolute definition of false advertising. If your meat is brown and your buns are stale, just say that. Expectations weren’t high, but this burger was gross. Save yourself the trouble and money.
This was some of the WORST food I've had the displeasure of wasting money on. $14 on the smokehouse brisket with fries and a drink.
The sandwich was VILE. DISGUSTING beef that was cold and mostly just fat, slimey & smelly cheese, soft fries that tasted of old oil - and Dr pepper that was completely gas-less. Garbage.
I hate to leave a bad review, but this was genuinly really Awful. I wanted to try something different and went against my better judgement.
