Guy with brown hair and a beard slammed the drive-thru window in my face. Didn’t say anything to me - very rude. Just took my money and passed me my food. That’s not how you interact with customers. Not very satisfied with my visit.
What happened? I use to love this place but I was just met with such hostility for simply ordering something that had a 5 minute wait. Then, they forgot to give me what I was waiting on. All the while acting really rude. Even talking about me, in front of me, to someone else. Basically trying to confirm if I was lying or not about my order.. From the ray of sunshine that corrected me while ordering and didn't let me finish a sentence before talking over me to the guy sweating profusely while making the food, wiping his forehead with his hands. this did it for me. 1 star Arby's. Well deserved. My order was for 40ish dollars and I feel cheated as I can't even eat this stuff after seeing that. Ended up tossing it in your neighbors trash can and buying food from them.
At 2:16pm April 24th we ordered a #10 and they gave me the wrong thing then acted like it was my fault they messed up. They didn't give our drinks and we had to get his attention and he only gave us one drink. Then we had to get his attention to get our other drink. He didn't even give us straws so we even had to wait for a 3rd time and he acted rude and rolled his eyes at us. He had a bad attitude the entire time. Instead of fixing the order they refunded my card and I still have not received my refund. I then had to pay for my correct order. I'm not sure what is wrong with your drive thru worker but he should be fired.
No pride in the work here. Maybe you will get lucky and get a decent sandwich. Several bad experiences here. Pictured below is the flagship brisket sandwich in pathetic form.
We walked in the door and saw filthy tables and floor. We turned around and left. It was 2:40 in the a afternoon and only a couplecars in the lot. No reason for filth.
We've been enjoying the deal of 2 for $6 sandwiches very often. Really good food.
Food was ok but frys were hard as a rock could tell they were old ... and had to ask twice for my drink ... food was also high priced ... will be a while before I eat there again
So I am not a huge fan of Arby's, so my opinion will be biased. Not to diminish the staff because they do their best, so this is not about them
