Two times in a row now my food has been wrong, or not fresh.
Ordered last week, food cold and tasted old. I paid for two large mint milkshakes but was told the machine was broken. And I couldn’t get a refund because I ordered online.
Tonight I ordered again. 3 Fish & Cheddars, none of which had the cheese I ordered and curly fries once again cold and old. Called the manager and was told to drive back up there with the food and they’ll make new ones. No apology what’s so ever for the inconvenience; also milkshake machine down again. What a coincidence. Used to love this place. Don’t know what’s going on now.
Would love to know who to talk too about this. Seems like management can’t help.
Food was all right. Waited forever through the drive-thru to get the food and when I got home was the wrong food. I ordered two regular roast beef and a turkey sandwich got the turkey, but the two regular roast beefs weren't there. Had some cheesy roast beef instead that I didn't order.
My parents came here today and they were the worst sandwiches they have every had. When my dad called and let them know how unsatisfied he was and that they lost a customer. The manager said "oh well its best that way".. are you kidding me? I ain't eat there and I'll let all my family members know not to either. The manager needs training on how to handle customer.
I wish there was a way to predict before ripping my fingertips off on the door when they might actually be open during their posted business hours. Like at noon. Wendys gets an awful lot of my Arbys budget.
Just went thru the drive thru and had 2 orders and both orders had curly fries with the combos.. this is what we got. Called to let them know how disappointed we were. Nothing but bits and pieces of old, hard and greasy pieces
Only been here twice but both times the turkey on the market fresh I order is either half frozen or they thaw it out on the bread to the point where it's soaked.
I ordered a hamburger online and a couple other items and it was a Uber Eats order
When the delivery person went to get my food the person that window said they don't sell hamburgers but it was on the online menu So needless to say I didn't get my order at all and they would not substitute it for anything else I am very Disappointment fix the issue please it doesn't matter if I go in person or have it delivered I always have a problem. when I go on person I have to wait 20 minutes before I get my order......the link you sent doesn't work please provide a new link or phone number Thank You
Location is a tad slow way to worried about drive thru, food was cold when we ate inside. Drive thru slow too.
