Got 2 beef and cheddar with a bun that definitely wasn't the normal poppyseed bun was a disappointment
I had the fish sandwich with cheese, and tasted my wife's without cheese. Both had a good flavor. I couldn't see much difference between the two.
Shorty who was talkin our order, her mama was visiting her. Mama was fine as hell, she need to give up that number. Oh ya. Food was good.
Sandwich cold, ask for crinkle fries, got curly. Could not eat the fries, cold and horrible tasting. All broke up. Ask for two different sauces, only received one. NOT GOOD!
My visit to the Arby's was so good, I regret not ringing the bell when I left. First, the staff was pleasant and courteous. The woman asked my name for the order and used it a couple times throughout my interaction with her. The kitchen was quick and efficient, my chicken tenders were hot and fresh. The location was very clean and tidy, very well kept. My only suggestion is that the restaurant update their fixtures and furnitures. Things are a little outdated. Otherwise it was a great visit and I would recommend to anyone traveling through Piqua.
We rarely get to eat out so this was really disappointing. Our fries were overcooked and our sandwiches we're lukewarm. We got extra cups of cheese for our fries but the we're basically cold. Our table was so wobbly you couldn't rest your arms and when we got our 4 person order, 1 sandwich and 2 cups of cheese we're missing. We were going to get dessert but we were so disappointed we didn't even finish our meals, let alone order more. This place was empty at dinner time and now I know why.
I just received my door dash ...who ever put this order together it a genius
Definitely one of the best Arby's locations I've been to lately. Our food was made in a very timely matter and was delicious.
