I've been to this place three times in just one week. The customer service is top-notch, and the restaurant is always spotless. Plus, they make the sandwiches absolutely perfect every time.
Sooo, I’m at Arby’s right now, and I’m taking advantage of the weekly free sandwich deal Arby’s have on their app. I ordered a half pound Beef and Cheddar sandwich and Large strawberry lemonade drink. I go inside to get my food, Firstly, the vibe in the store was off. The lady that was at the counter didn’t greet me and looked at me like I was just standing around for nothing. lol when she gave me my drink, I was shocked. This so called “large” cup looks like a small size cup from McDonald’s. There’s nothing large about it. Secondly, I get my food, come to the car to check it and I’m just appalled. This 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwich looks like the regular size beef and cheddar. I went inside again, and once again I’m standing there literally looking at 2 associates staring me down, after the 2 minutes awkward stare, the girl with glasses and Afro finally says something. I’m asking questions about this scam of a sandwich and she says, it’s measured on a scale and confirms that my sandwich is 1/2 pounds. I haven’t had Arbys in yearsssss, but today would definitely be my last. I remember 1/2 pound sandwiches coming in foil paper or the plastic containers cause they were so huge and heavy. The sandwich is lukewarm and cheese looks yuck…hopefully the warmth of the microwave will bring it back to life…Idc how many free coupons Arbys offer, I won’t be back. And also, giving that this Arbys is on North Druid AKA “the white side” of town, service should have been ChikfilA standard.

Do not come here at night. Waited 35 minutes for single meal in drive thru. With no explanation. There was maybe 2 or 3 cars in front of me. Then had to wait even longer after I paid and 2 more cars went through behind me. Ordered chicken strips and cheese sticks. So incredibly slow. I was patient because I was starving but won’t be going back to this location. So frustrating. When she brought my food out she said she threw in a couple treats for the wait. Which is a nice thought but I know it was just leftovers from the day and nothing I wanted. This is not the first time I’ve experienced an extremely long wait at night. Sometimes they say they’re closed hours early too. Maybe it’s better during the day?
Been here several times and every time the customer service was incredibly poor. When you pull up to the drive through, no one says anything, sometimes for several minutes. They are very hostile and rude, as if you somehow offended them by being there.
Wait times are beyond absurd. Even with no one in line, or only 1 person ahead of you, they will have you waiting 10 - 20 minutes for a simple order. They are always rude and snappy at the window, and always scowling. They practically throw the food at you then slam window shut.
I have also had multiple occasions where they lied and said they're closed, even though the signs clearly indicate otherwise.
Maybe the day shift is more competent. The night shift staff are nasty and mean, maybe the worst customer service in my entire life.

Even though there was only one guest in the dining room when I arrived, (and there were only two cars in the drive thru), it still took about 5 minutes for a single employee to acknowledge me, and start to take my order. No smile, no apology for the wait, etc... Then, after asking a question about a coupon, I was passed off to the assistant manager. She was very nice and extremely helpful (her name is Denise), and I would have to say that she was the best thing about my visit to this Arby's. One last comment that may not be these employee's issues, but when did the sizes of the shakes change so dramatically? The large shake that I ordered & paid for (as I checked my receipt) was in what USED to be a medium cup. If I had ordered a large soft drink, I KNOW it would have come in a LARGE cup!
To say the customer service at this location is terrible would be an understatement. I arrived at 8:45PM to be told that they were closed. The hours are posted on the door and website. They also locked the doors. It closes at 11pm... The individual working the drive thru at this location is consistently rude. I do not recommend coming to this location unless changes are made. It's clear that the customer doesn't matter here.
The current manager (Bianca) at north druid Arby's was very rude do me and my grandmother, she had a disrespectful attitude and when we weren't satisfied with something we had because the order was messed up she got very snappy with us and told us that it wasn't true. One of the workers who were in there also came and apologized on her behalf because he agreed she was wrong. She never came and apologized to us because she thought she was right.
