Dined in this trip, the food was good as always, staff was nice, but told the shake machine and lemonade were not available, fountain drinks only. Then our online order (that was due to be out in 5 minutes) took 20 minutes and multiple inquiries to get. Plus the tables were a little bit sticky.
Arbys has started to go downhill. The bun was stale and meat was lukewarm. The staff was somewhat rude and apparently their ice machine wasn't working. After a moment they decided they could walk to the lobby for ice in my drink. The last time we were at this store, the lights were in but we didn't see any staff in the store and only one car was there. Hopefully they get better!
These were beef 'n cheddars we got. We didn't eat them. They looked off. The fries tasted like they were a day old. Our food was really gross and we love Arby's when it's good
Went in the drive thru just for them not to answer at all for almost five minutes, when I said something they still did not say anything like hey it's going to be a minute or so. I pulled up to the front window and they're just in there talking and on their phones. Just because it's one person job to do something shouldn't mean that other employees should over look what said employee is supposed to be doing. Now I have to pull up and wait for my food since they ain't doing there jobs
Over charged, got order wrong twice despite trying to get them to get it right and explaining what we ordered. Won't go back, they mess up your order about 50% of the time and fries are usually cold.
The folks working the evening shift will give you cold fries and meat that has been sitting on heat for an extended period of time. Often times, they leave the back door open and all you hear is boisterous laughter. Nobody on the night shift takes the job or the customer seriously. Its a clown show in the evenings. You’ve been warned. I would avoid this location anytime after the daily shift change and take your business elsewhere. There’s too many options on Broad to waste your money here. 2 thumbs down.
Usually they are nice here but tonight was different. The lady at the drive thru was so rude to my boyfriend. When we pulled up she named a whole list of things they didn’t have and she said it really fast and we couldn’t hear her. So when we asked for 2 of the things she listed that we didn’t hear she rudely responded. I understand fast food is hard but it’s not right to be rude to someone who isn’t rude to you.
As a former fast-food manager, it's a difficult to get a 5-star review from me. Been visiting this loation about once a week since moving close by. They have been consistently quick with service times in the drive-thru, the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I usaully go during the week during peak times to get the freshest menu items, and this place doesn't disappoint.
