Went yesterday and even though they were shorthanded. Someone didn't show up for work. Our Window person at the drive through was sweet as she could be
I've been to this Arby's before, I've never had such a bad experience as I did today. Usually there is a bit of a wait in the drive-thru compared to other places and I've come to expect that but atleast the food was fresh. Today I received cold, not even a little warm.. food. I sent a family memeber inside to let them know so they could just remake it. Instead the "General Manager" Philip decided to argue with my family memeber and repeatedly tipped toed around the line of calling her a liar saying we picked up the food forever ago. We just left the drive -thru and the girl working the drive-thru came over and finally confirmed it for Philip that we indeed just got the food, so it should not be cold correct? I just asked for a refund at this point and turns out the order he insisted was ours and was done a long time ago was not our order. My family member tried to tell him the order but he repeatedly cut her off. He was looking at the WRONG ORDER and was about to refund me $40+ when I only spent $23 and change. I corrected him and he still didnt refund the right amount... At this point I just let it go. Not to mention the place is either short staffed or not properly trained. No one was on the other register and there were 4 other customers behind me either waiting to order or picking up. Employee that just clocked out thought it was a good time in the middle of the refund to let Philip know she cannot work this Saturday.. and told no one to fill her station as she was the other cashier. Food was piling up from the back waiting to be sorted and of course getting cold! It seems this Arby's isn't as good as it use to be. Unfortunate. I hope someone comes in and re-trains the store to be more efficient.
This location is famous for giving mummified fries. Consistency of hard potato sticks or preztels. Not sure if they're leaving food under the heat lamps for hours on end or double/triple dunking but mind your teeth and gums. OUCH! The sauce won't save you...
I was given the wrong food and tried to call to get it corrected but the phone line hangs up after 1 ring. Turning around isn't an option as I'm working and heading on delivery. The fries taste like they're stale and have been in warmer for way too long. My shake is the only thing that was correct
I usually can get in and out of this drive through line in less than 5 minutes but today i went and the line took 20 minutes to take ONE CAR’S ORDER. what kind of absurd staffing issues are you all dealing with?
I am big on customer service and this place lacks that completely. The girl who took my order was so rude. Maybe she was mad that I was using a coupon, idk but worst experience here ever! I had a coupon for up to 3 $6 bed and cheddar meals so I ordered two. For one of the drinks, I asked for strawberry lemonade. She said it would be an up charge which I told her I was fine with. I asked her if she could put one splash of peach into my strawberry lemonade and that I wouldn’t mind paying. She got nasty and said no because they can’t ring it up. I said that’s fine, please add a small peach lemonade for me so I can mix them myself. I asked for light ice in both meal drinks and no ice in the peach lemonade and she got nasty again telling me they aren’t allowed to do light ice and have to fill the cup with ice before adding the drinks. I explained to her that my Husband and I have sensitive teeth to cold which is why I’m asking for light ice and she got nasty about it again. Well, my Husband and I come here all the time. Her rudeness and refusal to give us light ice is why y’all just lost our business. I’d rather drive farther to an Arby’s to get great customer service than to spend one more penny to have to deal with rude people like her.
(9/20/22 9:15pm) One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had! I ordered a buffalo slider, roast beef slider, small fry, and a water cup. I asked specifically if I could have my buffalo chicken slider made fresh because I've had it not very great before. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru with one car in front of me taking about 18 minutes of that time. When I finally got to the window I was told my order was $10 which wasn't right because the teenage kid rang me up for a buffalo chicken sandwich, which I didn't order. I waited another 5 minutes. The cashier teenage kid noticed the poor quality of the buffalo chicken slider when he was bagging my food. I saw him touch the chicken with his bare hands most likely to figure out why it didn't look right, then put the food in the bag and serve it to me without saying anything. He also put buffalo cups in the bag because he could see it wasn't right. I then received the oldest, ice cold, and awfully made food. The chicken slider was old, hard, cold, and barely had any buffalo sauce or parmesan peppercorn ranch on it. Hard, old bread. The roast beef slider was also old and cold. The roast beef was cold, dry, and hard. The fries were ice cold. I asked to speak with the manager. She was very very rude. Basically told me I was a liar and said she knows for a fact that the chicken was fresh, which it was so obviously not. She rudely said I can make you another one but it will be another 5 minutes. I said I'll just take a refund. She refunded me for one slider... I asked her what the number to call corporate was, she said she didn't know because she was new. Very unpleasant. The pics will speak for themselves.
Me and the family dined in on this particular occasion. The inside was very clean and the customer service was top notch! My app wasn’t working well so the manager and cashier helped me do my order. They were both very helpful, kind, and understanding. Food was fast and delicious!
