This is the BEST Arby's anywhere in town. We have a couple friends who go out of our way to come to this location because the food tastes just like Arby's used to back in the day. Other Arby's are not hitting like this one. We love the lady who takes our order; she's not perfect but she shows up to work with a smile on her face, and we feel better after we have seen her. The manager is amazing; hands on, hard-working, and a 2 time breast cancer survivor. It may not be the newest Arby's inside, but the food hits everytime. We love it, and look forward to going so that we can have our childhood memories again. The food was perfect. The manager goes out of her way to make sure everything is fresh, and how it is supposed to be. Love you all, and God bless!
The lady at the register was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend was very unprofessional about how she was speaking to us. On top of her the restaurant itself is in terrible condition ceiling peeling and I can only imagine mine losing as well. It was lunch time and they were essentially dead so the place being a mess clearly speaks for itself.
The food was great. However, customer service was not so great the older lady who rang up our food couldn't say hello , may I take your order nothing she just look like she did not want to be at work.
Did a order online and went to pick it up. They forgot one of my items I ordered. Once we got home the roast beef tasted old. It had no flavor. This isn't the first time that this happened at this location. I've been to other's and those have be fine. Just this one.
Our food was hot, fresh and tasted great. The dining room and sauce dispenser counter were filthy. Most of the tables were dirty and the sauce dispenser area had spilled and dripping sauce as well as dried on sauce that had been there quite awhile.
Ordered through uber eats and the bag was sealed with a ridiculous amount of stickers. So let me first express my anger at receiving a turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich that had about half the turkey it should and was made with the heal of the bread. Seriously, Arbys? How cheap can you be? Pathetic! I ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick with marinara sauce. Received 2 mozzarella sticks and no marinara sauce. Wow! The chicken sandwich ordered had no condiments. The only item that was correct was the beef n cheddar which had very little cheddar and was cold. Ordered fries with cheddar sauce, didn't receive that at all. Arbys has really gone downhill. Won't order from them ever again. Used to be my favorite fast food restaurant.
I didn't go inside but they seemed to be struggling tonight. Chocolate shake didn't get mixed very well.
The location on 82nd Street by the Castleton Mall has gone down hill. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was covered in cold sauce. Went through about 14 napkins in this sandwich because it was sopping wet. The bun was like a wet wash cloth. Probably the worse Arby's in the US & that's saying something.
