Best KPortal Reviews
First time I’ve ever given a review for an Arby’s.
I feel like “Fast Food”, pretty much speak for themselves as a chain so I refrain from those reviews.
This location, was very clean both inside and out, plenty of parking and a courteous staff.
Large handicap assessable restroom, a beverage area and condiment station that was well stocked and clean.
The issue is, the food.
The double beef sandwich was horrible, I can’t imagine what a small portion of meat must come with a regular sandwich, because the double was definitely lacking. The fish was not edible and the curly fries had a grease flavor and were not hot.
Wouldn’t recommend this location nor would I ever return.
$26 bucks wasted.
The girl that took my order in drive thru wasn’t too pleasant. She gave me a very dry “Welcome to Arby’s “…….. as if she was just over dealing with customers. The guy that gave me my food at the window made up for it. He was friendly and gave me a small yet nice conversation along with a compliment.
That Brown Sugar BLT was delicious. I would definitely order it again.
Came here before heading to game and ordered a Reuben roast beef with sauerkraut … waited about 5 minutes took bite and no sauerkraut I aproauch the lady manager on shift she said well it’s there . I sad look it’s not with attitude. I ask her for to make new one she handed me a small cup with sauerkraut. Never again
We had a coupon for $22 family meal. Everything was hot & fresh. We waited a bit for our Crinkle fries ???? because they made them fresh for us. Worth the wait.
I had to deal with the lady that is like Uncle Ruckus (from the boondocks) eye, personality, how she spoke, and claimed her neighborhood was extreme hood because she lived there. The food tasted like it had cleaning supplies in it. Didn't go back because of uncle Ruckus. I'll go back in the daytime when Ruckus ain't there. And yes Ruckus got a 3 star review for portraying uncle Ruckus so perfectly
It's been forever since I've been to Arby's and it's still tastes good as ever 10 stars. But I wish they still had those cherry fritter things from back in the day but they got chocolate chip cookies and shakes so ????❤️????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My experience here was somewhat odd. The cashier needed some assistance ringing in my order and he got some in the form of a coworker coming over chomping on some chicken she was dipping in ranch which she proceeded to talk with a mouthful of. I then tried to let them know that one of the desserts on display was covered in mold which was surprisingly met with zero alarm because they "don't sell those". Then the girl who called out my order was super friendly and even came to check on us during the meal which is rare. The food was tasty and I loved the drink options available. 2 stars seems harsh here consequently but I won't be returning to this location.
At 1:42PM today, my son & I pulled up at the drive-thru and ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch loaded fries with extra chicken & ranch. She asked what kind of fries [crinkle], then proceed to say repeat your order - upon repeating as before assuming she didn't hear me, wanted to make my speech clear, then was addressed by this employee in the most ghetto and unprofessional manner ever. She cut me off saying you don't have to get loud and to repeat my order as each has to be rung up separate. Loud & clear spoken speech are two different things! Yet a lack of comprehensive skills & on the job training is another! I thought I was smarter than the average 5th grader. I carry myself as a woman that's blessed and highly favored! This type of customer service will drive Arby's business in the ground & she needs time off. Location off Michigan & Orange Ave
