I was there recently to get lunch and use the bathroom.
Totally grossed out by the yucky driveway and drive-thru. Probably food crud!
Customer service LOUSY-to get a bathroom key. No one wants to deal with you., except to tell ya to stand back.
We found another place that was clean and great customer service, and the bathroom available and clean!
This is the best Arby's in the Delaware Valley. I love the Classic Roast Beef sliced thin with onions. Visited on Sunday and it's still awesome. I was around the cemeteries and always go there afterwards. Family is buried in the area. When my Mom was still around, we used to go here and do the same thing. Such treasured Memories.
Someone from corporate needs to whip these bums into shape and tell them no more smoking that stuff at work cause this was prime example on why weed is hated on still. My man behind the register was clueless of everything and anyone in that place. It is sad because I haven't had Arby's since they shut my local one down but I can see this wanna needing to be shut down with the Donkey's working there. It wasn't even that busy on top of it, some people should not smoke weed ever again and this dude was one of them. DO BETTER!!!!
Drive through, waited 15 minutes for response. Was told they were backed up. One car went up when we pulled up. Two people were in the place. French fries were ice cold. Sandwiches were barely warm. I will not go back to this Arby's.
I ordered online only to arrive and be told they were out of roast beef. How can a roast beef restaurant be out of roast beef? I was told it would take TWO HOURS to complete my order. On the bright side, I asked to cancel my order and be given a refund and they actually did it, which I really appreciated.
The chicken sandwich was hot and crispy, and juicy. Fries could have been hotter but overall it was pretty good.
My mom and aunt wanted Arby's on a whim. The prices are a little on the higher side for fast food but they mail out coupons in our weekly grocery flier bag. It was my first time but I wasn't hungry until I saw they had white cheddar mac-n-cheese. It was pretty good coming from a fast food joint. I wish I'd thought to take a picture of their medium black & white shakes...they were more like extra large. They loved it!
Gosh apparently zero renovations anywhere inside or outside n zero cleaning since it was built , roast beef barely average and not hot ..Roll seemed old too .service was a struggle ..all these complaints.. corporate should modernize,and pursue much higher standards on food n cleaning ..can't imagine they make any profit..every Arby's always lags far behind there competition ..I'd even pick checkers,subway or Wawa as much better options ...hope they sell to a more worthy chain ????
