This arbys always has great food and great service, but today i got half way through my roast beef sandwich and there was a long hair in it ????
I have been to many Arby's, but this particular location is top notch. The manager deserves credit for putting a Great Team Together. The way he tells them "Great Job Team " throughout the day is an very encouraging sight to see, Service was also Great, and just to see people enjoying their job in today's time is quite rare...Well Done Sir
Food was fantastic. Service was.... They were there and our order was taken and we received our food. So, although no one was particularly pleasant, the food was great.
The food is always fresh and the employees have smiles on their faces. Very pleasant interactions with the employees. It was clean and we received our food quickly.
Starting to get like McDonald's with the shake machine never working. Soda is 90% of the time seltzer water. Curly fried are usually cold and burnt.Drive thru has nasty fake nails so they can't even grasp your card right. What happened to standards
One of the cleanest Arby's I've been to. It was nice walking in and seeing them actively cleaning and getting along, like they actually liked each other.
Fresh food was also a welcome surprise. Too many times in the last few months, I've ordered and the fries/potato cakes were 2 or 3X dunked in oil. Today the fries and poppers were fresh even though the shop wasn't *that* busy.
The overall experience reflects well on the management, as well as the employees. (The employees working 08-02-23 @ ~13:30 deserve a raise, though.
I asked for a ague bowl to put some sauce in so it didn't spill in my semi and I was told they couldn't do that. For $22 in food it isn't worth eating without the sauce.
Night shift employees claim the system is down most nights between 10pm and midnight. If it happened once it would be one thing, but multiple times a week seems intentional.
