I took my daughter there yesterday and she got a roast beef slider kids meal. We ordered it to go. She bit into it and there were jalapenos in it! She was crying because it burned so much. We went back to Arby's and they didn't care at all. They did say sorry and gave us a new slider without the jalapenos of course. I've already reached out to corporate.
This is NOT your typical fast food restaurant. When I say this I'm speaking only of this particular location.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to be. It's clean well built well decorated, and the seats are comfortable.
The staff is amazing. Tyler is amazing. He's got you. He gave me exactly what I asked for and one item wasn't on the menu. Then he put it on a tray and delivered it to my table!
If you have the time, dine in, you won't regret it.
The food is great and the pricing is even better. I got a sandwich packed with roast beef for FIVE DOLLARS! That's crazy cheap.

The tone the woman used in drive thru was horrible right off it sounded like I inconvenienced her "what can I get you" all snarky. I ordered after each item "is that it"?, How about will that be all for your order today cheerfully! Said thank you after I ordered nothing back..At window she was no better, opened window all she said was my total, gave her money, she came back with change said thank you again nothing! Just shut the window. I sandwiches we microwaved, the fries we're so old the kids didn't even eat them. Between the rude attitude lady for no reason other then I guess working and just the unfreshest food I'd spend money elsewhere!
The young lady at the counter is likely the best fast food employee I've ever encountered. So friendly and professional. She definately me our visit better!
Ok so I'm completely changing my review for this location. Do not go here at night if you want to get what you're actually getting what you order. Im done with this location. Its always something different. My final straw was when they charged me $2.59 for a small crinkle fry as well as $0.59 for the liquid cheese. The container didn't even hold a "kids" size fry; let alone a small. The cheese ok I'm cool with; but not when I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I'm sure it wouldn't been different had the "shift manager" taking the order would've said something about the container but he didn't. They call this the training store now. So does that mean if someone is being served life that here; will that be treated life this at the other locations? It's employees like this that give the rest a bad name.
Stopped there today to grab lunch to go, was so welcoming and clean. Staff just super friendly, food was delicious. The other arbys around town need to take a lesson from this place. Will be the only one I go to from now on!
Although the food is good, requests for Arby's sauce not only at the speaker( drive-thru), but also at the window has been ignored on more than one occasion. Today, when I asked again at the window for regular Arby's sauce, I was lied to by saying it was in the bag. Because, there was a car behind me, I took him at his word. Unfortunately, once home the bag had none. I guess from now on, I should just remain until the bag is checked. It would have been nice to be treated better .
Upon entering the store, the tables were dirty and there was only 3 others in restaurant, We ordered our food anyway and the person taking the order was polite but didn’t seem very outgoing or friendly. When we finally received the food that was ordered my big roast beef had so much cheese on it, that it was soggy , All of our fry’s was nothing but small pieces not actual curly fries and very dry an hard , This restaurant use to do pretty good but last few times our family was there, the food was poor and the service, oh , an we had to clean our own table before we sat down to eat. Even though they remodeled the restaurant , which was a plus it’s going down hill fast, we even seen a lady on the way out and she was frustrated with how the restaurant has gone down, with the service and the food as well. If you want (Ok)Arby’s just go to the one in Salem.
