I have been a regular at this arbys for a couple months now, however tonight I had a horrible experience. I ordered 2 beef and cheddars. When she handed me my food at the drive thru window I immediately noticed a strong odor from my bag. I thought it was unusual because it’s never this strong, but I figured it’s roast beef so it must be a normal thing. However after doing some research this strong odor is a sign of spoilage, and not only the smell, but the gray discoloration, the holes, and the cramp in my stomach after taking ONE bite out of this sandwich. I called the store to complain and the manager in charge tonight was unwilling to supply me with a corporate number or a way to contact her boss, and after asking her for her name she HUNG UP ON ME. I tried warning her that she is selling spoiled beef and she acted like I was lying! This is outrageous, here is photo evidence of the GREY DISCOLORATION and HOLES from their spoiled meat that they are continuing to sell! I have also attached a photo of how their roast beef is SUPPOSED to look.
We ordered fine in . They still put everything in a sack. I couldn't eat my chicken bacon ranch fries . As all of it was hard. Hard as a rock . My husband had the #1 he said it was salty too salty to eat . ..
Stopped at a competitor first because we had a gift card. After five minutes of being ignored, we left. At Arby's, we immediately received a friendly welcome, and our order was taken and quickly filled. Leona and the rest of the staff made sure everyone was taken care of and satisfied. Great staff, thanks for a pleasant experience!
We stopped in the Grove Arbys tonight at 9 pm. The kids who were working were having fun. AND the place was spotless. It was such a pleasure to meet this crew I just had to say something.
Service was quick and friendly. No complaints. In and out with hot and tasty food. One of the better Arby's I have visited. So good job whomever is running it. Lots better than the one in Ada and Pryor.
Had a great experience at this Arby's. I wish i had the ladies name working the drive thru. 10 out of 10 best employee.
Wife and I bout got roast beef and it was thick cut. We are used to shaved roast beef when we stop at an Arby's we ate about half of sandwich . Thick cut sucked.
Ordered a rueben sandwich meal and 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches. Price was more than was displayed on the marquee sign they explained it was changed recently. Food was okay fries were a little colder than usual
