Went through the drive-through like I always do and we had the pleasure of meetings, a wonderful woman by the name of Kendra. She was absolutely amazing very attentive, very sweet very professional and she was very attentive to what we wanted and what we needed. Thank you so much, Kendra you are so amazing.
I used to love coming to this Arby’s. Usually I go threw the drive-threw, but today I went in. There inside menu is kinda scattered so I didn’t see that they had a 2 for $10. So I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with mozzarella sticks and a shake….after ordering and paying, the girl that took my order said “we don’t have any marinara”….i said “if I would of known that, I wouldn’t of ordered them. Instead of refunding me, she went about her day. Than I look up and said “I didn’t know you guys had a 2 for $6.00….i paid over $15.00 for what I could of got for $6.00!! Instead of saying “hey we can void your order and refund you your money so that you could order the 2 for $6.00, the kid working there just walked off!!! Got home and my mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. I won’t be eating here anymore
UPDATE: I went back tonight to get my replacement and they gave me two meals for free! Thank you for making it a better experience!
Wonderful service and food. I got the luxury on waiting for a fresh, crunchy chicken sandwich. I spent $13 for two meals worth of food :D (in a recession :D)
I just want to give a shout out to the workers running both drive thru and inside. They honestly made my day. These days it's rare you get a polite and positive employee taking your order. He was great, and even though inhad to pull over to wait for my order, when it was brought out, the female worker was awesome. Even let me know to becareful because the fries were very hot. I just want to say thank you for your professionalism and positive. We need more employees like you.

So you mean to tell me that Arby's ran out of roast beef? It's most likely because you don't want to make the beef at 955 but you're open until 10. The employee just lied to me and practiced bad business. All I want is a roast beef after getting off a 12 hour shift to deliver packages and your employees are too lazy to make the sandwich after I just 29000 steps today. Bad business
Great customer service by the manager. They ran out of fish but handled it very professionally. Food was good and was fresher then alot of locations

They also don’t short change you any sauces like other places!!
