This place is extremely slow they take your order, then you wait and when you get to the window, the order until not ready. Bally in need of new management that understands service
Haven't been to Arby's in a while and obviously they are trying to make some changes with sizes, personally I prefer the old sizes at least for drinks. My husband got a combo meal large beef & cheddar food was good his size drink wasn't too bad and then I ordered a combo meal roast beef regular size, now my drink look like it should belong with a kids meal. The food was good, minus the chicken nuggets they were very dry.
Service with the new generation of employees has went down hill fast, like taking your business to their establishment is interrupting their scroll time. Arby's in Alliance is opposite that. Fantastic, friendly service. I make it a point to plan any trip to Alliance around lunch. Kudos to yall
With fast food prices being at an all time high, nationally, you would think that this places policy of not putting napkins in the drive thrus orders would change. This is the kind of horrible customer service that consumers are having problems with...not inflation but greedy corporations like Arby's that just don't care but are happy to raise and raise and raise prices but won't hand out 1 or 2 napkins with orders. lol
Horrible horrible manager I come here weekly. Foods good however the manager is so rude to his employees constantly yelling and belittling them. Seems like a very toxic no matter how empty or busy you always hear the manager yelling slamming things and just belittling is staff bald glasses and tattoos. His behavior is completely ridiculous I don't know how they keep employees
Food was great, shakes are always delicious and the staff was so friendly. Restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms..Definitely my favorite fast food ????
There was a long hair in my half pound roastbeef and Cheddar. Completely ruined my appetite. I took a bite and pulled a hair out with my mouth it was so nasty I couldn't eat after that. What a waste!!!
Very rude and disrespectful service.
