The first time they were out of roast beef. The second time the guy making the sandwich coughed into his sanitary glove while doing it. Today it was slop. Pictures included.
Repeated order many times. Then still had to correct it after she rang it up. She said she would fix it in the back. Whole order ruined and didn't find out until we got back in the highway. Should have just threw $30 out the window. At lease we wouldn't have wasted the time too.
Food was Luke warm, hard to understand the person taking the order. When they make your order wrong they yell at you like you did something because you brought it back to be fixed. I used to love Arby's but not anymore
I pulled up at 955pm Thursday March 7th. The girl on the intercom said They were taking orders but hold on. Is then at 959pm She said sorry we're not taking orders.
Best service I had today even though I had a rough day the atmosphere while eating there changed my attitude drastically...
They weren't busy at all, but screwed up my sandwich & drink 3 different ways?!?
I had hair in my food and the manager got rude with me over having to replace a sandwich. I won't be going back.
ate lunch with my son yesterday, good food for us.
