Probably one of my favorite Arby’s locations.
The food is always hot and fresh. Staff are okay, they are at work - so it is what it is.
They are organized & Efficient.
I’ll be back every chance I get.
Charyl was a very nice cashier(hope I spelled her name right), she’s in the photo with the faux locs. I also asked her about that area and she was very informative about the area! Very pleasant to speak with Food and fresh and restaurant was CLEAN!
If you want to save yourself some time and some money, please do not frequent disestablishment. I placed the pick up order and stood beside the pick up location as soon as a cashier with the burgundy old lady quick weave walked up, She dismissed me as if I was a Uber eats driver and continue to assist the Caucasian customers in the store. Then a Caucasian man came to get his pick up order after me, and receive his order before I did. so I asked a different associate where my order was and he passed the book to a third associate, and said it was not his responsibility to see where my order was. They have the worst customer service after I went at three separate times, and all of the associates have attitudes. If y’all don’t want to get paid 725 an hour don’t work there but it’s not my fault and don’t take it out on me. The whole staff needs to be trained in customer service because everybody has a smart azz reply. Terrible terrible. Terrible service in the food was lukewarm. Stay away from this location.
Ever since Michael Valor left as manager this place has gone downhill big time. The homeless are big problem there and the restaurant has to have a security guard inside all the time. The bathroom doesn’t work either or are locked because of the homeless!
This arby's is pretty clean, but a little dark. Like they wanna save money on the electricity bill. So much I thought it was closed.
Once inside everything went smoothly. Got my food fast. It was nice. First time I see those curly fries. They look great for the pictures but not that much for dipping purposes. Didn't like their special sauces but that's me.
The cashier was unprofessional and non engaging with the customer. Constantly stepping outside to talk loudly on her phone about being at work and ready to go home. Could have used the time to clean up the trash and wipe tables from previous customers.
This was my first time here, being from NY I've always seen Arby's advertised but I've never eaten there. It was great, as usual the staff (here in Atl) were all polite and accommodating. The food was fresh and good. It's def a meat lover's paradise lol the meat is good. I had the chicken bacon Swiss, it was good. Def 2 meaty thumbs up. P. S. I was vegan for 9yrs
*update* revising 4 stars to 2 because the advertised price on the crinkle fries was not honored! I was told that "something was wrong with the menu" and that the price in the system was higher. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to do anything about it despite the price being clearly advertised. My partner was so appalled that he insisted that they do something about it... We should not have to even ask for that when the price is clearly displayed!
Curly fries are still fresh and delicious, which is why it's not a 1-star rating. Crinkle fries are above average for crinkles but nowhere near as good as the curly fries because, well, they're crinkle fries.
Fries are delicious as always, but chicken tenders were small and partially overcooked. Still tasty though!
