I normally have a good experience here. But today, I ordered the fish and cheddar meal for lunch. When I got to the office this is what I had in the bag and it was like cool. Like really Arby’s! Do better please and thank you
We usually stop here on our way back from Northern Virginia to our home in Virginia beach. Places order on line just before driving in yo l lo cation and it was ready and warm when we walked in to pick up. Food was good. Very clean this time.
I was really impressed with this Arby's. I had never seen such a fancy Arby's before, and we thought it was previously a fancy place, but looking at history in google maps shows it was always an Arby's. Beautiful building that even had a fireplace inside. Workers were friendly and the food was good. They had an odd barbeque sauce on the tables, which is supposed to be local to the area. I didn't much care for the flavor of it as it had an applesauce kind of taste. A few days later we visited the world's largest Arby's about 40 minutes south of here and the building style was similar.
Food came out warm. Counter personnel were fantastic. Building is beautiful. Food, a chicken slider was so tough as to have to work to bite through. Greek pita cam with most of the meat, what little there was, having wedged itself between the wrapper and the outside of the pita. And all for a measley almost 20 bucks. I'm crossing this one off of my go to places!
It's Good! Say that again! It's just Good! My meal was served hot but it was yummy ????! Prices were reasonable, and Service was quick. ???? Go by, just remember to say thank you and smile. Give someone a hug, we need more of that today. Got to run, just remember to Pay it Forward! My sandwich was Great! Ciao!
Always visited this Arby’s only because its close to my job, but unfortunately will not be returning to this location. Online order, requested food to be fresh, which I was told by a team member upon calling that it would be fresh since they just received that order, which in fact it was not, maybe one or two fresh fries, sandwich buns well done didn’t ask for that. And to top off the meal half way through my root beer and noticed a small gnat bug stuck on inside my lid. How gross. Once I’ve sat and at all that food. Fast food never seem to amazes me.
I'm always pleasantly surprised by this location. The staff has always been pleasant and my food has been better than I honestly expected. This location has done a great job of keeping the lobby looking fancy and keeping food tasting good.
Update: Dine in was available tonight. First time we'd seen it open in a while. Nice to be able to go inside again. Love the Frank Lloyd Wright vibe.
Excellent customer service and staff! We dropped our wallet while dining and got it back the second we came in! Thank you so much, Matt! He was the one who kept it safe for us! This Arby's is so great! Would definitely recommend!
