I went through the drive through and ordered a roast beef sandwich. I wasn’t offered and raise at all. I didn’t think nothing of it until I got home to eat and realized I had no Arby sauce. This has never happened before. They weren’t even that busy.
These people are ridiculous whoever was handling tonight's mobile.orders needs to rego through training I ordered a double beef and cheddar and the person responsible for it put enough on it for a single rb and then drowned it in Arby's sauce so much the bag was wearing it the bread was mush nothing but sauce flavor even the fries couldn't pick it up I've never been so disappointed in Arby's in my life. It's like this location is run by toddlers finger painting. I'm sorry if I sound mean I hate this but you don't mess with my food and I know ppl get cranky when the sun goes down but works work you do what you gotta do take some pride in your work cooking in all forms is supposed to be an art. Food was good. Like most other chains, they have an app that makes ordering beforehand much easier. It's an older format store, but still in good working order.
We have always liked arbys but last night there food was awful the Ruben and fish were so dry the fish use to be flaky. But all sandwiches were very dry like over cooked or something was a waste of $49 so sad because I loved arbys.
I always like Arby's until they banned potato cakes. Bring back the potato cake. Incidentally I hear some people put an 'e' on the end of potato. Avoid these people. Why ? More updates as they occur.
The food is really great. The staff members are wonderful and nice and kind and caring to and very respectful to. I really do recommend eating here. Thank you for your service.
Very organized. Quick service. Very welcoming crew members. Everything was neat and done right.
Its an Arbys they are all quite similar. The place was clean and very nice staff. I ordered a cheedar cup for my fries and they forgot it but the food was very good.
