I have eaten here before and always enjoyed the food. Today I ordered a Reuben combo (never had an Arby’s Reuben before) via DoorDash. The combo and orange cream shake were all very delicious. Will certainly order it again in the future.
Now, I've never been one for Arby's but, just the customer service alone at THIS location has won me over! I ordered the Good Burger 2 meal with crinkle fries and cheese sauce. She asked me if the shake was fine or did I want a substitute and I advised that the shake was fine... she reconfirmed if I needed any Sauces before having me pull down. I only waited ✋️ minutes for it and when I got home, everything was still hot and fresh. And the taste was amazing! I will definitely be returning.
Just left this location and have nothing good to say about it. Beyond the wait for what we were told was fresh food, a bug came out of my daughter fries. When I called, basically I was told bring your receipt and will refund the money for the fries...???????? I'm not about to eat any food where a bug may have crawled on. A waste of 40 dollars...
Wouldn’t allow me to do a mobile order like every other Arbys location does. Cool, I won’t allow myself to spend any money here then as well
Mo is the best. Words can’t describe how welcomed I felt. Such a personable and detail oriented person! Also this Arby’s was running smooth, clean and friendly. Thank you!
We recieved our food, which was 3 separate combo meals and an order of jalapeños bites. When we got home and distributed the food, my daughter said a bug came out of her fries. We called the restaurant to let them know about the issue and they offered me a free fry tomorrow and for me to come pick it up. We explained to the lady, Virginia, that if a bug came out of one of the fries that A) there is no telling what else the bug touched or if their relatives touched the other food and B) if this restaurant has bugs we don’t want to eat there at all and that we wanted a refund. We were told call back tomorrow and speak to the manager Carlos and see what he can do. Disappointing, especially as a former employee of the parent company. This is way below company standards. Inspire Brands needs to look into this! What a waste of 40 bucks!
Late night drive thru, friendly service. Hot fresh beef and cheddar on sesame bun.
Quite good food and clean place. We had the 2 for $6 everyday value, a chicken burger and RB Classic. Very nice.
