I was buying my first car off resale, super reliable shop with great deals! I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who is looking for good service. :)
I went there today with my daughters car. The mechanic (I think the owner) was so honest. He could have told me anything and I would have believed him. Instead he looked at the car a said the subframe was broken and that the car (22 year old rust box) was not worth repairing. Thank you for your honestly.
The manager was super friendly, upfront about the pricing, and let me see what the issue was in-person. I would 100% be willing to recommend this place to anyone I know.
Walked in at 3:20pm and my car was getting worked on by 3:30pm Amazing!!! I called for a quote on brakes for my car he said stop in to make sure it's the just the brakes or if I needed rotors too so they could get the right parts They walked me around the vehicle and showed /explained it all to me (non mechical terms lol????) I even got to see/ touch the warps in my rotors (???? ????)
Definitely will be returning here!
Emad Zachary has been my mechanic for 20 years. I follow him wherever he goes and change his business locations. He is unbelievably talented with cars diagnostics like an expert doctor. I actually call him "cars doctor". He is very sincere and reasonable with his fees. He will always take care of you. I've 4 cars and always sure he get my back if any problem arise with any of them. Jimmy also has been a chief mechanic at Chrysler for many many years so he knows his stuff as well. Really nice and professional people.
While on my way off southfield freeway getting onto northwestern hwy there was a mattress on the ramp which numerous drivers, including myself couldn't avoid hitting. The results of that was it caused my bumper to detach. I didn't notice it until I drove to my Dr appointment. These guys took me right in & reattached it safely for my drive home so I wouldn't miss my appoinment. I had to come back the next morning for them to fully fix it, & they did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.
I have always felt these guys were being upright and honest with me. I used to go to the dealership for my van repair. The mechanic, Jimmy, was able to diagnose and repair a problem with my brakes that the dealership had never been able to diagnose. I am so pleased. The cost was less than half of the dealership cost and the dealership could never fix it!
This is definitely not a pretty shop. Very old school with a level of integrity seldom seen these days. Not parts people and they don't inflate the bill.
