Delicious fresh authentic Mexican cuisine. I so enjoyed dining at Arandas Mexican Restaurant! The staff was very friendly and the margarita was fresh and strong! The food was delicious. I recommend eating here while in Frankfort.
This was our first visit. I thought the food was okay but nothing that stood out. My husband really enjoyed his Beef Tips Burrito. Guacamole was fresh but not much flavor. Service was good however no one said much. Like barely talked to you. I'm ok with that as long as they are checking on us & refilling drinks, which they did. I'm giving a 4 star because nothing was bad. But we would not go back again.
Food tasted awful, we complained about it and the manager asked me where I was from I said right here from Frankfort KY. She said I have never seen you before, I said Iv never seen you before either. She then huffed and puffed and gave us a refund and told us it wasn’t worth 10 bucks to argue about it. Overall the service was slow, I sit there for 15 min before I was asked if I wanted a drink. I’m not one to usually complain but with the poor service and the awful tasting steak and the manager trying to argue with me, I won’t be going back.
Good food. They just play roulette with the prices of their pick up orders. Same items one day is $22, the next $26, the next $36. For the exact same items, when asked for a reciept, the owner said no. Not very trustworthy imo.

Skip this place all together. No flavor. Small portions. Chicken fajitas come with everything in the same dish when ordering pick up. It was a mess. The beans are runny. The rice is plain white rice. There were runny beans and rice under the chicken. There was literally 4 bites of everything. Flour tortillas were dry and stale. I’ve bought better from Kroger. Staff is absolutely rude and horrible.
We have ate here many times. If you order off of the higher priced menu items, you will get good food. We stopped in for a simple dinner. Me and my husband got two combinations dinners and then my daughter got a kids plate. The kids meal was cold and both of our meals had no flavor and were soggy. It took them maybe 3 minutes to get our food to us so I’m assuming it had been sitting there for a while. They just placed it on a heated plate.
Very good food and wonderful service!
