Looking for a hidden gem of a scratch made Italian restaurant please run to Aqua Pazzo. The dishes we had were delicious and great portions! They have an extensive wine list and a room of wine I believe you can reserve for a large party. 2 distinct dining rooms that were both beautiful. Please try them, you won't be disappointed!
The best Italian I've had in Youngstown. Definitely a contender for the best Italian I've had period.
I've been in here twice. The first time, I dined in the dining room which is stellar. I had dessert on the patio (which is insulated and heated), and is a real treat. The second time I booked the patio almost a month out (it fills up quickly, so you need to book it early).
I have no complaints. Our server Gina was ready with recommendations for both wine and food for our party. The large plate she recommended (the Chicken Saltimbocca) was exceptional. I tend to avoid eating things I believe I can make at home, but I was blown away.
We ordered two Grande Boards of meat and cheese for a group of 9.
I'm of the opinion that the dessert here blows out even the food, I tried a little of all three desserts that my group ordered (Tiramisu, Carrot Cake, and Butter Cake). They're all great. It's probably my second favorite tiramisu (first being at Gervasi Vineyard), and the best Butter Cake I've had.
Don't skip Dessert!

We love, love, love this restaurant! I mean, just the ambiance alone without any of the wonderful food served makes the experience well worth our 2 1/2 hour round trip there. Our last order was a lobster seafood pasta dish, but we modified it to be served with truffle pasta. Our beet salad we modified to add more arugula. Delicious! Our waitress, Sam, did a wonderful job serving us and I praised her to one of the owners who visited us at the atrium bar.
Very enjoyable experience last night. Our server, Jordan was so professional Couldn’t have been a better server.
Had the pleasure of the sous chef, Matt stopping at our table to greet us! Our dinner was excellent! We were blown away by the Butter Cake!! We will definitely get that next time! Thank you Matt and Jordan!
The spring menu is fresh and innovative. The service was AMAZING, the GM made my birthday so special. You must request outdoor seating and see their beautiful waterfal! five stars, the food, service and ambiance were off-the-charts!
The atmosphere, drinks and food were absolutely amazing but the staff truly made the evening perfect. My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and couldn’t be happier. We got the lamb lollipops and octopus for appetizers, which were to die for. The pasta was perfectly aldente and full of flavor. (Definitely get the arribiata pasta) Our waitress of the evening, Becky, was so warm and welcoming and made the entire evening one to remember. Highly recommend for any celebration or just an excuse to go out!
This is a hidden gem! I absolutely love aqua pazzo. The food and service is always great. This place is so beautiful. The food is so delicious. Don’t forget to make room for the tiramisu! If you ever get a chance please stop here!!
