Kierra H. is so beyond what a bartender is andshould be the new standards for any establishment! Just a wow service in all aspects!!! Drinks were perfect and the all you can eat was great. Come here for the food and stay because how amazing she is.
Everything was great. Our server was awesome even though they were crazy busy. It is Valentine's Day ❣️ We both had the riblets plate and would definitely recommend. Everything was cooked well and tasted amazing.
My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today. We were pretty much ignored from the time we walked in. We were there a good 20 minutes before a waiter came to our table. We ordered drinks and our food, and it took forever to get our drinks, and appetizer. We never got our main dishes and other people that were seated after us, got their food. Unbelievable! All of the workers in this place looked at us and just walked off! We realized we weren't getting our food any time soon and got up, proceeded to the bar to pay for our drinks and appetizer. The bartender said we didn't have to pay for them as we had a bad experience. The rude couple that were seated behind us, got more recognition than we did! The waiter didn't even say his name or have a name tag, for that matter! We've been to this Applebee's before and not had a problem. All we wanted to do is have a nice lunch! We will not be going back! ????
Food was excellent but we were completely forgotten about once it got closer to time for us to leave and another table was seated in our area. We had to ask for a box three times and each time we kept seeing our waiter behind the bar making drinks and then forget about us again as it was almost an extra 30mins before we were fully checked out. This was very frustrating to deal with as we realized the bartender was likely our waiter and people ordering drinks were taking immediate priority over our requests which didn't feel fair to us. We were ready to pay, we weren't rude or anything and all we had asked for was a box and payment. The food was great and the service up until that point was good.
5 stars isn’t enough to give my server, Alyssa. She went above and beyond with everything, and made sure I had the best time possible. She was very kind, energetic and very personal with me and all the other guests. The food was great too. I highly recommend coming here, and if you get Alyssa as your server, make sure to leave her a big tip as her work ethic and her enthusiasm to make everyone happy is well deserving of one
We attempted to get dinner here this evening and were ignored by almost the whole staff. Took 5+ minutes for someone to greet us and then it looked like the whole staff went and had a meeting behind the bar about where to seat us. While we were waiting a waitress was rude to some customers who sat themselves because they had also not been acknowledged. Many people at their tables also looked annoyed. 0/10 here, guys. Find another place to dine! Worst customer service!
“The waitress” always has my food perfect everytime!! She makes sure to tell the cooks to add extra seasoning for me, a little extra hot cause I eat slow and she’s always coming back to check on me if I need further help… next time you go to Applebees on Estate, definitely make sure to ask for Alyssa, I promise she won’t disappoint you!! (Steak Alfredo ????????)
