Came here on a weekend around 1pm. We were seated and it took about 20 minutes for us just to get silverware. However the best part about dining here was our waitress Jessica she was by far one of the best waitresses I have ever had and if you go there definitely ask for her. She makes sure and gets you everything that you ordered and then some. I was disappointed because my steak was really chewy and it wasn't cooked right but it wasn't her fault. She apologized and had it remade for me. everything else was really good. Ordered the boneless wings with salad for appetizers. The boneless wings were basic put the salad was amazing good sized portion. their ranch is really good too
Haven’t been to Applebees since college but was passing by today and decided to drop in. The boneless “wings” were cooked perfectly and had a good taste to them, I got Buffalo hot sauce on the side it was more vinegary than spicy but that’s just franks red hots flavor. I got the chips and dip and dip came out piping hot topped with cheese. It was really warming and you could taste the spinach. The spinach also had a bite to it which was nice, the salsa was fresh tasting too. My entree was the bourbon chicken and shrimp with mashed red potatoes. The chicken was outstanding, it wasn’t dry and it was seasoned really well. The mashed potatoes were really good too. The only thing I didn’t love was the shrimp, they were cooked perfectly but they were a little bland. I just put the shrimps on top of the mashed potatoes and dropped the gravy over with the mushroom and onions and it made the shrimp much better. All in all service was good and it was laid back. Will be stopping by more often.
Been going to this location since 2017. Food is always amazing and so is the music. Today was my first time going as the doors opened. I’ve felt really appreciated walking in. I recommend going to Applebees on 12mile and Vandyke

Called in at curbside food was ready in 22mins.
Ordered the Broccoli chicken Alfredo with blacken shrimp. All was good. My breadsticks were great, as you can tell from the photo was just missing my side of Alfredo.
The only complaint was that there was no silverware or napkins.
When we arrived there were several staff fooling around by the front door. The greeter was rude and short with us, the person who finally seated us was no better, in fact just before seating us he walked like a fool to the kitchen jumping up and slapping the doorway. Our waitress Ashley was wonderful, attentive, and had an awesome personality. However, my salad plate was dirty, not her fault. The food is really good reasonably priced and hot. We didn't like seeing the staff playing around. We really didn't like it when the greeter started vacuuming in front of our table and neither did other patrons! Vacuum when no one is eating, right! Usually we like this eatery, today except for Ashley, not so much!!!!!
My brother and I went this past Friday afternoon and my server Jessica was all around AWESOME, she was very friendly and attentive. Great service. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp which was delicious my brother had the 6oz sirloin that was cooked to the perfect temperature. I had the chocolate meltdown cake for dessert and it was really really good. Our experience was great but our service from Jessica made it so much better
Not my favorite location... but, the food was good. I probably won't return because they gave my 77 year old Mother issues over getting her wings remade because they were fried too hard. And she could not enjoy them. So it's a no go no more for Mr. The customer knows what they like period.
Went in on a Saturday night to grab a carryout because the restaurant was packed inside, when I got home my bourbon Street chicken was pretty overcooked/burnt. I called about it and the manager Darnell was very nice. He offered to remake it and even offered me something on the side for my inconvenience, when I came back, he was very nice and apologetic. This is how a manager should be he was so professional and even opened it up to show me how beautifully it was made. Thank you for making it right. I will continue to frequent this Applebee’s.
