Excellent food! This place has such a nice atmosphere! The workers here are so nice and the food was cooked perfectly. They got all of our orders right and the bathrooms were super clean. Definitely will come again! Over all a 5 star experience!
I ordered my steak and my French fries with no seasoning when it came out there it was covered in pepper. The waitress noticed the pepper on the fries when she brought the food out and and took it back to for corrections. My my dinner companion asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no onion or pickles when it came out it had it on there. I sent my steak back and they finally got it fixed correctly but they would argue with me when they brought it out that there was none on the first one. They also charged me for mayonnaise for the cheeseburger at 90 cents. They never offer any kind of discount for the mess up on my food and it was very poor service. I'm very very disappointed.
Applebee's is a good place to go for an inexpensive piece of meat. Their steaks are not pricey and satisfy the urge for red meat. They have a good selection of food so everyone can find something to enjoy. I'd avoid the iced tea since cloudy and perhaps not as fresh in winter, but they have many other drink possibilities. Their alcoholic beverages can be made to order with a tweek here or there if the bartender is not busy. Always have a DD, though, as some of them slide down deliciously easily. It's a nice mix of family dining alongside friends out to wind down after a long day or reacquaint after time apart. Easy place, reasonably priced food, and friendly service.
Overall amazing experience the food was amazing and tge staff were great. The only reason I don't give atmosphere 5 stars as well is when I was sat I asked to be placed around adults or an older crowd, I was placed in front of and next to children it was unbearable they were just being kids and enjoying themselves. I just like to eat in piece aside from that I had the impossible burger not cheese and fries. The food was amazing on the second order of food me and my table were hooked the staff was helpful and friendly too explaining what could and couldn't be substituted.
The hostess seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but work, was not personable whatsoever or polite. There was an elderly woman with a walker that could have used some help exiting the restaurant and the server and hostess both couldn’t bother to hold the door open for her. When leaving the restaurant, not one server/ hostess near the entrance said “have a good day” or “thank you for coming” or anything to that affect. Overall, the food was decent, but the overall atmosphere was not. Also, the men’s bathroom was atrocious and could have used some attention.
Friday evening about 6PM seated right away and received service, food arrived timely and hot, ordered all you can eat special and 1st refill took so long we left shortly thereafter. No teamwork here, we had empty plates sit on our table so long with so many repeated passings of servers and the hostess no one grabbed them or stopped to ask if we were ok. This was our first visit and not sure we will return.
The service was good as was the food. Unfortunately, there was an off duty employee sitting at the bar drinking shots of liquor while simultaneously praising LGJBTQ and ridiculing Jews. It kinda made it suck there.
So there are two Canada Geese right in front that have taken over the sidewalk in front of the window in the front, and there is poop everywhere, so that's disgusting; you walk inside, and there is no hostess, and the person that is o. Duty is wearing an Adidas tracksuit with a hoodie over their head, looking scary and unprofessional. Take you to a table in the most crowded section of the restaurant. The host/hostess takes your drink order, and then your server comes and takes your order. Then, 5 minutes later, another server takes your order...huh?
So, your food comes out. I ordered the sampler as my meal. HUGE mistake. The cheese stick tasted oily and old, the tortilla chips were stale, the boneless chicken tastes old and freezer burnt, the spinach artichoke dip had a burt cheese layer on top and the chicken quesadilla just flat nasty. I took home left overs only to throw them in the dumpster when I got home because I knew I wouldn't eat it.
The server was fine. She did her job, and I left her a $10 tip.
Applebee's needs to fix their food. Everything tasted old, and that is not good. They also need to clean the sidewalk in front of the restaurant because the amount of fecise in front of the door is a health hazard. People are tracking it in on their shoes, and it is then being tracked into the restaurant on the carpet. Health Hazard.
