Overall the experience was good. The only thing is that I felt the portions were pretty small. The food did come out quickly and our server was very friendly!

I placed a to go order, ribs and French fries
With coleslaw.
Ribs are under cooked, fries were cold and coleslaw has no flavor. I know that they were alittle busy but that's not the problem.
The problem is under cooked ribs.

We had a party of 14. Our waitress for 14 people was on her job. I didnt catch her name. She has curly hair and blonde with glasses. Thank you so much for your service. The whole crew April 11th 2024.
One of the worst Applebee’s we have ever gone to.
first, our waitress didn’t write anything down. then got our order completely wrong. The people bringing out our food were very rude. my husband ordered a drink but didn’t get that till the end of the meal. The only good thing about this experience is we got a discount. We will never return to this Applebee’s again.
Food is decent, it was a bit too salty. It's like they added salt to their salt. Service was decent. It is hard to keep up with my soda and she didn't do bad but there was a moment she disappeared, probably busy with something but I was out of drink for 5 minutes so no perfect score there. All in all it's good for an Applebee's.
Service was decent. I got the Prime Rib dip. It was so salty tasting. Took forever to get our food.
This is the third time this has happened to me, do not order takeout, it is not of good quality and you have to wait about 1 hour or more. I have never eaten at the place but I do not recommend the pick-up service.
