First of all, Laprei Ramsey is an excellent server. She is extremely attentive. She made me fresh hot coffee with a smile! Our food was delicious. My salad was extremely fresh. This is a superb Applebee's.
We were seated right away. It didn't take long for are waitress to come. She was very pleasant and took our order. It didn't take very long to get our order and the food was good. They were busy but they had plenty of help. The dining room was a mess there are paper and food every around the floor and employees were just walking by it not picking it up. And not like they were all busy and couldn't do it it's like they didn't care. Where was management? In the kitchen cooking?
#1 i ordered full baby rack ribs, it came bone cold, i complained about it ,and came back re-heated. As well the mash potatoes, i came to the restaurant to eat fresh and hot food, i got cold and re-heated food , i ask for a drink .after that drink,nothing else,no water at all and no drinks check ups, my review is -5 stars

No complaints... everything was good.
Our waitress Charity was very friendly and attentive. She made sure our drinks were continually filled and checked to make sure everything was good including giving extra napkins. The restaurant was clean. We noticed a card on the table regarding a veterans fundraiser, it is really nice to see that Applebee’s supports our veterans.

Jennifer N was our waitress and she was friendly and attentive. Leigh B the manager came over a couple times to check to make sure everything was great. Our food was hot and fresh.
One of the best Applebee's I've ever eaten at. The food & drinks were excellent ???? Will definitely be back. ! Tips the ribs and mashed potatoes are so good!
Our waitress was amazing and the place was clean, but the food wasn't really. The fiesta lime chicken was beyond salty and I ordered a beer that is dark and it came light, they probably messed up while they replaced the barrels, who knows.
