The place smells like a cafeteria.. the bartender with the dark hair in a pony tail doesn’t know how to pour. You won’t get tipsy here lol. When you ask about her pour she gets real snobby and says there’s no problem. The manager backed the bartender and said “drinks can’t be comped” but every other item can be… said there’s a sign up front- no sign. The food came out burnt- simple chips and dip- burnt. Lack of professionalism here and lack of etiquette.
Great service on Easter and the wonton tacos were to die for! The waitress, Bella, was very friendly to us as per usual despite it being a busy Easter Sunday at the Apple.
Applebee's is a nice, cheap place to go hang out with friends. They have lots of good deals like half off appetizers and recently they have $1 margaritas. The margaritas, however, are not strong at all but it makes sense considering they are so cheap. They have a lot of other cheap drink options and most of them are pretty good, just super sugary.
My friend and I went there on a Saturday night around 10:00 and it seemed the hostess was in a bit of a confusion. We waited around 15 minutes and she told us we could not be seated yet because "they needed to wash margarita glasses", which didn't really make sense to me. So many of the tables were dirty. We ended up sitting at the bar (which was still a 15 minute wait) and there were dirty dishes next to us for 20 minutes.
The bartender was super nice and very attentive, checking in pretty often to see if we wanted more drinks.
We got the half off appetizers of the spinach and artichoke dip and quesadillas. The quesadillas were really good but the dip was just okay because it has a huge burnt part at the top that I had to scrape off.
Overall, Applebee's is definitely a nice place to go for drinks and to just hang out with your friends without spending too much money. They play good music in there too, I like the vibes.
Danielle was absolutely amazing, warm and friendly, making my experience that much better. She was efficient, and I didn’t have to ask me for a refill and was always attentive all the while being slammed behind the bar! Food came out in a perfectly timed manner! I hope she is here next time because she’s the best!
Gary was great! Super friendly & hilarious! Apparently it was his first day on the floor, definitely couldn’t tell! Would definitely come back & request him again!
I walk in there’s no one at the front to greet or welcome. A new person first day came up she didn’t know what to do she was asking for help. Finally after 5mins of waiting and they were not even busy so many open tables. The original person finally came out she gave the new girl a attitude she asked help from another employee, she brought me to a table I’m like I’m not sitting here the table is dirty so I moved over to the next table. She didn’t put enough ice in my drink it was warm. The Caesar salad was over dressed and didn’t look presentable. The entrée was fine just the cheese was not melted enough. It was her first day of training so I didn’t get upset. Overall was okay. Was my second time there.
Asked for a well done burger and it was not done when I told the server she laughed and walked away, Husbands burger was all greesey that's all he tasted.
Great food! Great customer service from Lesha and Dani! Terrible atmosphere. The tile fell at the table right next to us. Dust flying everywhere. If it weren’t for the grace and kindness of the staff, I would have flipped out. They made us all new food and apologized profusely. This is a danger to the customers and the team. What if baby was sitting at that table? This needs to be addressed asap!
