Went in for Valentine’s on a date with my girlfriend, not to busy which i like personally. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and immediately brought to a table, our server Zachery B was amazing, super friendly, helpful. Food was top notch. I’ve been to other Applebees and the chicken or pasta be cold, or you wait a long time to receive your food, but it felt like we ordered and maybe 10 minutes after boom and our food was literally steaming. Great Staff, Great Food, 10/10
I ate at this location during lunch over the weekend. We were greeted with a smile by all the staff we encountered during our visit. Our server was great and the food was perfect. I ordered the Blackened Salmon(my favorite) with green beans and salad, and a rainbow lemonade. I don't eat out often but when I do it again it will be this Applebee's.
Daughter had a plastic piece in meal. Manager was nice about it however my daughter did not (understandably) want to eat after that. The other meals were good, just check your food!
We had a great meal with fast friendly service. Our server Bennae worked acceptionly hard to make our time there the best.
We went for my son in laws birthday. We had a large party, 14 people, we were willing to wait the 30 minutes the manager originally told us. After we waiting an hour we finally got seated. They took our drink orders right away but we waited a while for them. Food took an exceptionally long time to come out and that was only 11 of the 14 meals. Make a long story short, one of the meals was wrong. Waitress very apologetic and quickly rectified the issue. Manager never apologized, acted as if I was inconveniencing her by saying something. I work customer service in the hospitality industry and I know it's hard, demanding and some days just down wrong to smile. But ownership, apologies, and making your customers feel important can go along way. 3 hours later we finally were leaving.
It's gone down hill in the last few years. Went to dinner. Waitress was nice enough and knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions but we had to flag another waiter down just to get some silverware and napkins... Sweet tea was unsweetened. The wait wasn't super long and the food was good.
My husband and I went this past Friday night for dinner. It did not appear particularly busy as there were quite a few empty tables. We waited at the door for about five minutes until a staff member told us there were only 3 servers for the entire restaurant and there were three parties ahead of us on the waitlist. We were willing to wait the 10-15 minutes the employee told us. There was a lot of confusing regarding the waitlist. We had an additional employee ask us if we were on the waitlist and just general deer in the head light looks from staff at the door. Approximately 10 minutes later our name was called and we were led to a table that had a dirty top. Crayons, napkins, food crumbs and other items were on both benches of the booth and the floor under the table. We awkwardly waited while hostess got a wet rag and wiped the trash to the floor. She attempted to dry the seats with a napkin but none the less we were left with damp seats and trash under our feet.
Our server arrived quickly to check in and say she would be right back to get our drink order. She did return within a couple minutes and took our drink and appetizer order. 15 minutes later our appetizer of mozzarella sticks arrived but our drinks had not. The person delivering our appetizer questioned this to which our drinks showed up a couple minutes later.
We declined to order dinner and had to flag down our server to close our check.
incredibly disappointed.
This Applebee's is very clean and has some great staff. Everyone from the host at the door, servers and bartenders, and managers are always friendly. Everytime my son comes home on break from school it is the first place he wants to go eat. He loves the Bourbon Steak!!
