The restaurant Looked like they had just cleaned,
Our wait staff was very nice and welcoming.
Food was decent but be careful making vegetarian accommodations or be that person and make it very clear.
Pictured is my "Mac and cheese with nothing added on to it. No chicken strips, no bacon."
Come to find out after a bite there's bacon in the cheese sauce and the waitress was unaware before serving.
Friendly staff, great food and drinks! Happy hour from 3-6 and 9- close includes half price apps! Brody is great!
This applebees needs to fire and hire cooks! The only way they can cook is rare. I placed 6 orders and they have given me a rare steak when I ordered medium well or well done. I guess in a way its my fault because I keep ordering from them, but I've even ordered through the manager and still the cooks got it wrong. They gave me a gift card for the last mistake and I used it to pay for this mistake. My spouse will eat it even if it's not medium well, but this was so rare neither him nor my cat would eat it. I suggest going to any other applebees then the one in fountain. My spouse and I are looking to see who the area manager is and also taking this to the corporate office. I tried calling the manager and was hung up on twice. Then the supposedly owner got ahold of me and told me to go to some website and it doesn't even load!
When we first walk in there is an immediate off-putting smell at the entrance. The further you go in the less intense it is but the restaurant still smells. The service was fine no complaints about the staff. Food also arrived in a timely manner. Food was mostly good. We were a table of 6 so I saw a couple of the dishes. The burgers were good, the chicken & shrimp was good, fries were fresh, but the ribs were tough and didn't seem fresh. Drinks were good too. The silverware was very suspect. Some hade jelly in between the prongs and most had a cloudy residue. The cup I had for water was also not the cleanest. It's not bad for food but the dine in experience needs some work... and a deep clean.
The food was delicious, the drinks were colorful and tasty. The service was good and boy was our waitress a pro on the upsell.
Not pictured is the chocolate meltdown dessert, an absolute must for anyone with a sweet tooth. (I don't have much of a sweet tooth and even I love that dessert.)
Overall very satisfied and would definitely return to THIS location!
I don’t leave many reviews, but I felt the need for this one. Services was sub par. My wife order the Parmesan shrimp and steak. Her meal came out without the Parmesan and shrimp. We told the waitress and she brings a plate out of shrimp covered with grease and mush. It was absolutely disgusting and honestly they should be ashamed of what they brought out. However, my dogs loved it.
Ordered drinks. Looked at menu. Ordered appetizers. There were only 15 people in the entire restaurant. People that got there after us were served food before us. We just ordered a sample platter. 4 adults 1 child. Service was terrible. We paid for our drinks and appetizer even though the chips stale. I'll never go back.
Service was good. We ordered drinks I got a pinacolada and my husband ordered a blue moon, which he said didn’t taste right. My cocktail tasted really coconuty and like no alcohol at all. They took it back and came back watery. I just rolled with it didn’t want to send it back a second time. Then our food came and my bourbon chicken was perfect. However, my husband ordered a medium rare 8oz sirloin with green beans and loaded mashed potatoes. His plate was loaded with butter from the green beans. Everything was just sitting in butter that we both just lost our appetite. We came straight from work so we were both hungry. He ate around the outter side of the plate where there was less butter but he gave up. This was our first visit at this location and I was not happy. We went to Jack in the box next door and ordered to go.
