Typical food chain restaurant. Appetizers were great but the entrees were trash. Ordered a ribeye medium well, i don’t even know what I got. Steak was bland and looked disgusting. Steak had no color to it. Big mistake ordering a steak here. Service was great, prices are alright. Started off nice with the appetizers but the steak ruined the night.
Honestly had really good food here and I came here expecting it to be Mid so honestly I’m pleasantly surprised. Just wanted a well rounded meal and it came out Great so I gotta recommend. Sorry about my salad photo, I ate it but that just means it was good. Chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes. Didn’t take a pic of the broccoli but it was a broccoli and it was fine.
This is what $4 fries looks like at this Applebee's when you order to go ???? More than 60c for one fry. We used to come to this place often, especially before COVID. Yesterday we went there. It was a mess! Lot people squeezing in the entrance. One of the waitress looked like a version Mad Max of a clown. And those $4 for 3 lonely fries. This place really went down in the sewer.
Went for birthday dinner for my kid, employees tried their best to seat us together, but we ended up sitting in booths back to back to each other. In their defense, it was Sunday (football night). The food was decent, and the waiters did their best to sing happy birthday. Waiter Shine made my experience to eat here satisfing with his karisma and great attitude! Beer is always good ????.
Surprisingly Great as food was really good and the service great. We were hesitant as we were used to bay terrace Applebee's which was a horror show and we just heard permanently closed.
However this Applebee's is really good. Much brighter then the dark other one and great customer service and a cool atmosphere with light chatter and music filling the place. We liked it so much a week ago we came back. Manager tonight and our server were both excellent. We'll be back. 5 Star Rating.
So much better than the ones in the other Boroughs! They play music, but it's not so loud you can't hold a conversation. My servers were great and seemed to be happy to be there. There is a guy who walks around taking pictures, and eventually, the goal is to sell them to you! $20, which includes a nice glass frame or $15 each if you want to purchase all 5 or 6 poses. My son picked the photo he liked, and they threw in a free postcard with a different pose. No complaints about the food or drinks everything was wonderful. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the neighborhood, lol.

The family and I decided go to apple bees for my youngest son’s birthday celebration on a school night. Let me start by saying I have 10 years of experience in the hotel & restaurant industry. The server Lily L was horrible and very rude. She has very poor communication skills. She keep walking away while in conversation. I told her my food was burnt and she stated to me “if you didn’t start to eat it, I would’ve gotten you a new one” i said what in my head??????????? 10 minutes went by and no one addressed the issue, no supervisor or no manager. I have come to this location several times with my kids and the service was always good. I absolutely did not tip, I wrote no tip on the bill……….. first time in my life I didn’t tip on a bill. This was a very horrible experience.
