wanted to give a shout out to great manager's service. John Hughes came out when I had an issue with my steak and talked to us very politely and then went back in the kitchen and cooked me another steak, perfectly cook might I add. Very satisfied Mr. Hughes. Thank you. Plus, our server Mary was also quick and very polite.
Last night was worse experience we've ever had out to eat!! Waited 20 minutes to be seated, not bad, but waited 45 minutes for appetizers....but they forgot the salads!!!! Waiter checked in with us an hour and a half after we sat down and said we are running behind....and he didn't know why??? We waited anothrr 30 minutes but our meal never came!!! Are you kidding me??? We ask for check and he didn't even offer to comp the overpriced appetizers... $38 for 2 appetizers and one beer for not getting the meal we ordered after 2 hour wait???? Very very overpriced appetizers too. Management here at Fort O restaurant has very serious issues, or poor quality servers.

My friend's steak wasn't nothing but fat and he pretty much had to beg the manager to take it off. I ordered a steak and two sides and I thought it came with them but obviously not because I was charged extra which I should've been told that but wasn't but it's okay I took the price out of her tip. We will NOT be going back to that specific resturant.
So I been standing in the back 10 min for my to go order .. 3 employees have walk past me and have said nothing... They have maybe 7 tables seated... Ugh..
I got the starred special item on the menu, four cheese penne with sweet and spicy chicken. There was no flavor on the chicken, and the noodles were soggy. At least here I didn't have to wash the dishes.
Hate to have to give a low rating but this time the wait was unacceptable in that I was told 30 minutes but was right at an hour before being seated because 'the kitchen was behind'? (So call in more help). The waiter got both drinks (never heard of lime in tea) and food orders wrong and when food arrived, it was poor quality (ribs were extremely tough, cut wrong I think... which I know isn't the responsibility of the restaurant but I can't have been the only dissatisfied diner). It'll be some time before I give this location another visit.
The service sucks. I have eaten here the last two days. Any other restaurants that have online ordering will allow you to order online and scan your receipt to your app so you get points for your orders in the app. I was told they don't. On top of that, I paid for extra cheese on my order and darn near had to defend and explain that I didn't get it. I had to go back inside and ask the same lady about the extra cheese. I had to offer to pay for a cup of cheese even though I already paid extra for it in my order. She gave it to me in the end, but my goodness really!!!!
Walked in, waited several minutes. The person at the front just walked off and started wandering around aimlessly. Refused to acknowledge me. Never spoke to me or asked me what I needed. Just walked off and started talking to coworkers and generally just wandering around.
