The waiter was really nice and professional, but my experience was bad. I will not blame the waiter for my experience. I blame the cook/management. I waited 45 minutes on my food, and it came out wrong! I asked for crispy hot fries, and I got hot, soft fries. My ribs were tough as nails, and I didn't get any ranch with my ribs. I didn't eat any of it, so I paid for food and left. My drinks were good. The person who made that sweet tea was on point. I'm highly disappointed about my food.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant..waited over 30 min for a server to come take our drink order. I asked the hostess what was going on because besides our table there were only 5 other tables and we've been waiting a while and she said they were short staffed and told us we could leave if we wanted to. Her attitude was unpleasant and tasteless. We finally was able to place our drink order but my husband's beer never came. We ordered our food and ordered another round of drinks and neither the new drinks nor my husband's first beer was brought out in 30 min. We had seen people seated at the bar long after we put our order in be served drinks before our drinks ever came. In fact we never got our second round of drinks or husband got his first drink. I took my family and left.. paid for the 2 drinks that were brought and went to chili's. As I am writing this review we are eating out food at chili's only being here a for 15 min. I don't think I will ever step back into an Applebee's ever again!
Our server was great. She really was doing her best. The food was average, the please isn’t the cleanest and a bit neglected to be honest. One or our medium steaks was actually blue or raw.

Dirty restaurant, out of riblets at 3pm. Bathrooms were a mess. 1 person working front. She was great. Other than her, the place is a mess. Food is mediocre at best. How fries mixed with old fries.
Appalling is one word to describe the atrocities of this organizations service. Apon my arrival to the maroon chapel (Applebees) I was greeted by the distasteful appearance, or lack therefore of, employees willing to welcome me and my companions. For what felt like an eternity we we’re finally approached by the sour faced employee who begrudgingly agreed to accommodate me and my companions without a shred of apathy for our suffering. We were migrated towards a wooden bench which seemed to be in more distress then we. The light fixture above rained of dust and loomed a sickening amber glow. All the while a sea of poor souls waited in the wings behind us unaware of the fate that stood before them. Our journey reassumes with the stagnant hours between us and the waitress. Her ghoulish demeanor beconded our orders from the lines of the unwashed pamphlet (menu) little did we know an entire continent of silence awaited us we had to wait years on end before the arrival of our so called food. The eyes of on-watchers gleaned from over our shoulders asking if we too ordered to margarita. Sharing there own ghostly tales of what they have behseen. It seems god had not been on our side this faithful night. But my cunning friend spotted a glimpse of hope within the filth ridden pamphlet. “At last! Fellow companion I have baseen a discount from which we shall gain, 1/2 off by the hour of nine. Your boneless fried chicken wings oh how sublime !” But alas the discount was no more. It would seem our arrival was altogether forfeit.
Dirty, slow, and everyone was super HIGH. Have fun on the weekends guys, but please only when you're not working. smh
When we got there around 5:00 we stood there for atheist 20 min waiting to be seated. There was only about 10 customers there. Got seated a waited to be served. The poor waitress was doing everything by herself. Only 2 people in kitchen working. Finally got our food it was cold not even warm. Husband didn't even get his. He waited about 15 more min. We ordered the all you can eat ribs. Took forever to get more. Nothing good went well. No fault of our waitress. Will NEVER go back!!!!. Asked for Mgr. She was no help. She actually asked us what she should do. I asked her to compensate . Took off 5.00 each meal. Pretty awful!!!
Went to lunch with parents. The waiter was very sweet but had a lot to handle. He was running the bar and taking orders at the same time and was visibly overwhelmed. Some of the food tasted microwaved and stiff. They did take into the consideration all of this and made accommodations.
