The adventure that we had at Applebee's was terrible. The first salad was brown, and the second salad had a bug in it. We had to ask for forks. The forks and plates weren't cleaned very well.
Came here for the $12.99 all you can eat boneless wings and unlimited fries and it hit the spot for sure. Our waiter made sure we got our moneys worth with putting our wing orders in timely and get them out to the table quickly. We went at a slower time so it was nice to chit chat at a regular volume for once. Would’ve gave 5 stars but the new recipe for the sweet Asian wings is horrible and we only ever got one serving of fries a piece so we kind of missed the “unlimited” part of the deal but still very filling. The honey pepper wings (not pictured) were by far the best addition. Run over before the deal is over!
Stopped here after a music festival and was slow to be greeted after being sat but was close to closing time (10 pm) so I know they have closing duties to do so no worries.
I kid you not, these were the best fries I have EVER had from any Applebee’s. All of our food was very hot, fresh and correct to order. Our waitress did a fantastic job. When in the area again we’re going to stop by again.
Where do I begin... you couldn't hear anything because the music was turned up so loud. I waited 10 minutes for my drink from the bar. I watched it sit there on the bar. The waitress took down my order incorrectly, probably because she couldn't hear me over the music. Luckily I didn't wait wrong for the correct order. I had to ask for everything I needed that I shouldn't have had to ask for... was I supposed to eat with my hands? And now, 18 hours later my husband has food poisoning. Oh almost forgot, the booth I sat in was broken.

Visited this Applebee’s yesterday. The riblets were old, tough and chewy. The fries were cold. Service was slow. Glasses were plastic old, spotted, not clean. The restroom stall doors had no locks on them just a big hole where the lock used to be. The restaurant was not clean. This place needs to be shut down.

I was there March 30, 2024 around 8:15 pm. I showed up in my wheelchair and was told that they are very busy and the couldn't accommodate me. My husband spoke up and they ended up giving us a table. My waiter was good, food was good. But discriminating against me or attempting to is not ok. I had just as much right to be there as anyone else.
Everything that was good, was great. Everything wrong couldn't be fixed. Rough night? New staff cooking? Server was polite and thoughtful. Manager offered to cook steak a 3rd time. Do not bother with french onion soup. I know most restaurants get it is bags and heat it up but...usually it is not mediocre with scorched cheese. The chicken wonton tacos were amazing
