I wish I could give them more stars, but the dinner did not start well. We had to wait 20 minutes before we had to approach the hostess to let her know that no server had been to our table yet, despite them not being busy at all. I will say that after we informed her, the service was excellent. The prices are decent, but the portions are small. The food was delicious, so there's that. And $5 margaritas helped a bit, too.
Good location, not too far from where I was. The appetizers were half off, which was nice. The service was great and streamlined, all the servers and bussers were very polite and attentive. What's weird is that a year ago, I couldn't stand Applebee's. They actually have some great stuff on the menu and the service thus far has been consistent across several states, so they've done a good job of gaining my repeat business.
Overall it was a nice visit. We were seated right away which I didn’t expect since it was a Friday evening. The service was good. The food was good even through it did take a while to get it. We did the 2 for $23 (or something like that) deal.
The food was amazing, like always, I love Applebee's. It is literally my favorite restaurant, but when I went today with my family, I felt discriminated against because my husband was in his work clothes and I went in sweats and a sweater...
The waiter kept ignoring what I asked. I asked for extra ranch for our salads, ignored extra fries for my son, and we got ignored. I ordered a RED BEER and didn't get the tomato jucie, i had to walk to the bar myself! To top it off, the lady walked right past me and didn't even say sorry! I ordered dessert and asked for extra icing for the Cinnabons to go and got ignored until my father in law asked, and she rolled her eyes at him, then got it after.
If you don't like your job, don't be working here! Simple!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again!
My past 2 visit to Applebee's has been excellent, sorry I'm writing this review a week out & month or 2 ago, so i forgot servers names, both both females were awesome (after 10pm on Saturday& sunday if that helps for shout outs). But I used to get sick every time I ate there & was met by rude staff or servers. Glad to say I've seen a change & no longer sick :) Will definitely come back
The food was okay. The fries were cold. We asked for an alcoholic drink that never came and it had to be removed from the tab. All in all either the restaurant is understaffed or the server was not able to keep up. Not sure if I would go there again. I live out of state and was in town for a few days. I don't expect perfection but the food has to be hot to enjoy. The fries went yo waste and I had to settle for water. This is an honest review.
Chicken Mac was runny NO CHEESE AT ALL. The chicken was tough. Our server had at least 5 tables and ours, and we had 7 people. They need more help. Our server was very nice so we tipped well its not her fault. I hope it gets better we will be back.
Nice experience. Friendly wait staff. We had some special modifications for our drinks and the bartender came out to make sure she made them right. Food came out hot. Enjoyable experience.
