I visited this location on a Friday night with my mom and sister. Shantel provided us with really good service, making sure that we were well taken care of throughout our visit. My sister’s food came out a bit late, but that was our only issue. The vibe in the restaurant was very calm and felt very nostalgic since we hadn’t visited an Applebee’s in so long. It was a good experience overall.
First experience, we got seated and 20 minutes passed before we someone ask what we want to drink. Waited 15 more minutes until our server came back to ask for our order. Wait 45 more minutes never got our food.
Today 4/12/2024. Tried giving this location another chance. Place was kinda empty. Our server took us to our booth. Yet again waited almost 15 minutes for drinks. I ordered an alcoholic drink and never saw it and didn't see anyone at the bar making. I arrived at this restaurant at 1:12 and didn't get anything to eat or drink. I decided to get up and leave and the time was 2:10. I'm very upset about the service there, not only that the young lady there act like she cared to be there. I'm sure nothing going to change about and I feel like this issue is not going to get handle because it keep happening

I will never go here again. The service was horrible because it was only 1 girl that was a host n waiter. My food had hair in it and the waiter took it off. Then when she swiped my card she put it back ok. So i left no tip....i was pissed never again.
We were a party of 3, and we were seated in a reasonable time. We ordered and waited a while for our food. My companions got their spicy chicken sandwiches, but I didn't get my bacon ranch chicken sandwich until they were halfway through eating, and I asked where my food was. When I got it almost 10 minutes later, the server had to give me ranch dressing because the cook had left it off. Part of the bottom bun was rock hard, and I had to leave it.
When on a Sunday evening. Wasn't that busy got seated in less than 5 mins. There was ant on a table but understandable since it is hot. Got moved to another table. Had Cana as our waitress. She was so nice and sweet. Food was good and hot. Didn't think to take a picture before eating, but was hungry. I always have a great experience when I come here. Definitely eat here again while in town.
My main issue is I got my bottle beer after my food, when I ordered it before anything and usually you know you get a drink first. It kinda helps ensure you to sell a second drink. There wasn't really that many tables in there and a couple of people at the bar. So I don't really get why the bartender was taking so long opening a beer. The server was nice and the food was okay.
Yesterday we went and stood at the door for ten minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. All four ladies looked at us and never said a word so we left. Even if, you're busy recognize your customers but, in this case they weren't.
