Shoutout to Claire for the amazing service they provided as our waiter! Claire was very friendly and attentive: definitely going above and beyond. The burger was better than expected, but next time I'll skip the dessert (the lava cake was a childhood favorite, but I'm ready to move on).
This restaurant on Trooper RD has low lighting with quiet atmosphere.
It was not busy for a Thursday evening, seated quickly, good service.
Food nicely seasoned, Baby Back ribs slid off the bone. ????
Great 2 for 1 entrées deal, includes appetizers.

Really good food and service especially for Veterans day occasion ????????????????????????. Tonight, 01/18/24 my wife and I ate dinner there and had the "All you can eat" riblets and boneless wings and shrimp with fries for $14.99 per person. We were seated by the host and he said that our waiter would be at the table in 2 minutes. But we sat there for about 10 minutes before a waitress named Arianna came to let us know she was trying to get the person who was assigned to this area of tables. So that waiter didn't show up and Arianna took our order and assisted us for the length of our stay. She was very kind and happy to serve us ????. At the end of our dinner, she offered us our dessert at no charge. We thanked her greatly and she really appreciated the compliments for her efforts. Thank you Arianna ???? for your Special dedication to your work ???????? ???? ????
My experience at this location is always hit or miss. I order car side. My food didn’t come how I order it. And the older lady who took my order attitude was terrible for no reason. I feel like I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt one time to many. And today was the last time I will ever go to the restaurant. Always a nasty attitude. Like I’m the one who told them to work here. Is crazy. But it’s ok because never again !!!!
Food was good, waiter took long time to come back around to table and they weren't busy at the time. Everyone was friendly
I went to this Applebees specifically because my daughter got a reward from school which was on a card, it stated she did her project well. I used to work here and the food from this one is better than one @ East Norriton. I went in and got told to just show it to my server and that they’d take care of it. So I did and the server was very kind and I asked her if she could write “redeemed” and the date so I could keep it for that “memory drawer” and they wouldn’t think I would try to use it again. She said of course. When we were done I went to the bathroom with my child while my boyfriend payed. I didn’t get to take a look at the bill, when I got back our server was taking it to finish out and when she brought back the bill after charging the cc I noticed only the side was taken off. The reward was for a whole kids meal. So I asked her if she could get it changed and she said she was going to speak to the manager (Manuel) she came back and told me there would be a double charge and I told her I understand and that’s fine….i work in fast food I completely understand the whole “you won’t see the refund for 2-3 business days” I say it at my current job about 5 times a day. She went back to her manager and came back with him and he repeated it again and also gave the option of using the reward another day. thing is money is tight right now so i needed to keep that bill low in order to even give the server a tip. So my boyfriend told him the refund is fine. The manager proceeded to take the little card that showed the reward and I told my server to tell him to not throw it out please. (The card didn’t have a number or anything he needed to redeem, the bill said “comp” which means the manager took it off with his authorization) She came back to me and deeply apologized and said he said I couldn’t have it back. I’m not the type to cause a scene so I just gave the server a tip and we left but the fact that the manager threw out a memory of my child infuriated me so I decided to leave this review
love it the food is amazing and the service is great they are so nice and they refill your drinks without asking!
The staff is great, whenever we come in it's always a nice warm welcome and upbeat attitudes early in the morning. Very nice way to start a day ???? The service is good. The food is great ya get what ya pay for regarding portion sizes. The beer lines and Taps are always clean because of Tap Pro Tavern Services, such a great professional service!
