Our server joe is really nice, i would come here again if he was my server, he made me feel welcomed and he was really cool and chill i will def be coming back his service is amazing, very kind person.
My star ⭐⭐ was based on the following: Pros: First, I would like to say the waiter "Alex" was amazing! Manager and staff were all nice and respectful. ????????Cons: I Found hair in my southwest chicken salad which was disgusting! ???? We order pizza from the kids menu and it was cold ❄️ and substituted it for alfredo. The alfredo was sooo... dry. My friend order buffet she had so many issues with the order.
Every time I go with my parents, Shawn is always our waiter and he’s an excellent one at that. He’s on top of his stuff. He always refills our beverages without us even asking multiple times like we’ve done with other waiters/waitresses. He’s super friendly and he’s really good at what he does. I’d like to go out and say he’s the best waiter there. If you guys go here, ask for Shawn to be your waiter. You guys won’t regret it! This Applebees is the best one I’ve ever been to. We don’t wait too long on our food and the managers are all super nice and it’s always clean there. 10/10 would recommend.
This is the cleanest most friendliest Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. Servers kept coming asking if everything was okay if we needed anything. Usually you have to look for the server to get a refill that didn’t happen here. Food was really good.
Joseph is literally the best server here. We always come here for him and he knows our order from the minute we sit down. He always takes good care of us too. This is also one of my favorite applebees i have ever been to. So clean and a great atmosphere to be in. Me and my husband love it and we will always come back when we want to go on a little date.
We had no issues with ANYTHING. Food and service was great. The mac and cheese isn't "OURs" but that was to be expected lol. It needed more cheese but wasn't terrible.
From the moment I walked in, Cristian's generosity and professionalism made me feel very welcomed. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable, from recommending delicious menu options to promptly attending to any requests I had. Cristian's attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out, making my visit to Applebee's memorable. I highly recommend asking for Cristian if you want exceptional service during your next visit! Someone needs to give him a raise! CRISTIAN IS THE BEST!
We were there April 13 at 11:02 PM and a young man named James M “Bob” Waited on us. This is probably the best server I have had in over a year. He was pleasant fun and very enjoyable. The service was beyond excellent. We also spoke to the manager, Liliane To let her know how well we appreciated Bob she also was very pleasant and appreciative ❤️
