Our first time dining at this location. Overall it was a very good experience. Applebee's Grill & Bar is a pretty decent chain family restaurant with a bar IMHO. The bar usually has several screens to enjoy watching sports games and events.
It was a very good service given by our server, Will. This young man accommodated our needs and checked on us several times to make sure we were having a good time. He promptly took care of refills for my unlimited boneless wings orders.
Our food tasted very well. I think this will be our go-to chain restaurant from now on since we have given up another chain restaurant recently. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Wonton Tacos app (complimentary for signing up for their email notifications) and Sweet Asian Chile Boneless Wings. Also, my wife enjoyed Chicken Quesadilla Salad very much. I want to explore other items on their menu the next time.
We got flagged immediately because my hat "dropped into someone's food?" Are you kidding me?! I'm literally the designated driver for my friends, so we either got flagged because I'm dressed crazy or that my friend appears intoxicated. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN. I went to a nice, trashy place for cheap prices, all we got was trash.
I got a response from management with a link that doesn't work. Now they're trying to scam me: cool, Applebee's; this is ridiculous.
The reality is that the dumb, inconsiderate lesbian beside me was jealous how the woman she was interested in was speaking to me. She is straight and not interested in that hungry hippo, disgusting personality you have.
She stepped out for a smoke with the manager that DESERVES TO BE FIRED. They came in at the same time, THEN I was flagged.
Corporate: check the cameras. Terminate this absolute piece of trash. She deserves nothing less. I will only change my mind IF AND ONLY IF she apologizes to my face.
You literally lost 5 customers that night, one FOREVER UNLESS YOU FIX YOUR TRASH RESTAURANT.
So today we had lunch at the Royersford Applebees location my brother had ask for a mid well burger when he was served this when approaching the waiter she kindly said she will tell the manager and that she will be back around to say her apologies but she never did as we saw her walk a few times by our table still never said anything having a nasty attitude as well as being rude to her own workers there the manager name was CRYSTAL we believe she has to be approached by a higher manager she was not professional at all but other then the manager situation our waitress who i believe her name was Devon was amazing she did her best to make the situation lighten from the bad tensions AGAIN HER NAME WAS CRSYTAL & something need to be done about smh I did go back and gave Devon a nice tip because she deserved it I hope she leaves there and find a better place to work
Immediately walking in for my go grab dinner experience I was warmly greeted by two wonderful hostesses. Their names are Vivian and Justine. They immediately made me feel warm and welcomed, almost like I truly was at home, and it just reminded me of the fruits of the spirit, love, kindness, joy, and the things you can have unlimited quantities of in this life. I asked for what might be the better choices with, the hour and staff that is working at the particular moment that I arrived and with spot on advice, I was given tremendous recommendations and I finished both plates. I truly enjoy experiences that are like this and I felt compelled tonight to just take one or two minutes of time to let you know that many times the best of the best folks are overlooked , and not ever thanked for their extraordinary efforts that represent you and your brand here at Applebee’s, so if there would be anyway possible that you could kindly embarrass in perhaps the next staff meeting or when the next general manager or big brass chief comes in perhaps someone take just one moment of time Let folks know that they truly are appreciated that would mean a lot to me, and I think it would really mean a lot more to those that put forced their greatest effort to earn a living to put money in their pocket and all the while they make you very successful. A friend and and I were there to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The food was AMAZING and the SPD drink special was the same, AMAZING! We would've had another one if weren't so full from the great meal we just had. We tried to get one to go but, we couldn't. It was worth a try. LOL! Our waitresses were great making our entire experience even better. Thank you! ????
Kyle was my waiter. He assisted me with my endless boneless wings order. The wings came out slow at first, but eventually he was able to put my refill orders into the system promptly so that my wait time was minimal. Overall a decent dining experience for late on a weekday night.
Tonight I came in with my two toddlers and myself. It’s not easy when they are all over the place. Our server Shanyha was amazing! She was attentive, helpful and kind. I appreciate everything she did for us and I hope the managers understand how great of an employee she is.
