It was honestly terribly bad. Many tables were uncleaned, and the carpet looked extremely moldy. The service was decent but our food had hair on it (see picture). Very disappointing for this location and especially it’s next to Barclays Center and have a million other food options nearby.
Been here twice in the past 6 months and had completely different experiences each time.
My first visit was amazing. The waitress was polite and helpful even though she seemed new and told us they did not have infant seats so I had to leave my toddler in the stroller which obstructed the walkway. The food the first visit was amazing.
During my second visit it was almost the opposite. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as it was busy and they seemed short staffed. We waited a bit longer for water, drinks and our food. The baby changing table in the ladies room was out of order and when I asked about it, was told that management knew about it and ordered a new one but nothing they could do about it. Thankfully a kind worker (I think the busboy) said I could use a table in the back area (a makeshift staff room I guess) it wasn't the best but I appreciated him for at least giving me an option. The food was still good and my drink was perfect even though other people at my table had issues with their food and drinks.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. DO NOT!!! I travel for work so in between clients I had about an 1hr30min break & said why not try this Applebees. I lived in Bk for 17+ years and Ive never been to this location. I wish I stuck with that. Upon arrival everything was cool, I was seated almost immediately. The restaurant was empty so Idk why they decided to sit me in a packed area in which the table needed to be cleaned before I sat down. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger with fries and a sangria. The sangria was great, no complaints there but when the food came out everything was just wrong. First, I went to bite into the burger and there was a dime sized amount of sauce on the bun. Im black, we like seasonings and flavor. Why tf would you give me this bland ssa burger with barely any sauce? Ok, now for the fries. How do you mess that up? Simple, by giving me fries from an order that someone ate and didnt finish. The fries were NOT fresh they weren’t even warm when they got to me. Also, it was mixed with a half eaten chicken tender. Nothing was offered to me bc of the inconvenience. I reached out to corporate never got a call back. I paid my bill & left. My waitress was cool so I didnt want to take any money out of her pocket but never again. Trust me, DO NOT go here!!!
The food was okay, but the waitress TWYLA was the best. Such a beautiful Soul, helping to create an amazing experience she really made the visit great. The food was average. The Chicken Wonton Tacos are triable. They are good.

My lunch is always yummy and delicious.Aoplebee's is a place to have amazing drinks and great food!The staff is friendly and the service is fantastic! I ordered my favorite Pina Colada drinks which was so good.I always order food to take home.
We were decided to stop at Apple bee's. The waiter (Quinan) sorry if I misspelled her name
was truly amazing her personality she was very knowledgeable about the drinks and promotions. The appetizers came pretty quick but the chips taste stale. My meal was steak, potatoes with broccoli. The broccoli was horrible. The steak was well seasoned. My sister had the bacon cheeseburger and her fries were cold. After our drink we didn't even care about the food that much.
Worst experience at this location! There was a 45 minute wait for a table on 3/2/24. When we finally got a table it took another 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive. I ordered classic wings and the perfect margarita which took an hour to come. It took a long time just to get a glass of water. It took an additional hour for the check to arrive from the waitress. In total we were there for about 5 hours almost til closing. At the end of the night me and my partner felt sick and could not stop using the bathroom (vomiting and diarrhea). My stomach was so messed up that it continued the next day. I will never eat from this location again and I advise anyone to go somewhere else until new management is established.
