Skip this place. I had placed an order online to go for around $50. My order should have been ready when I got there according to the app. The hostess kept checking on my order and kept saying they're working on it. However, I waited an hour just to be told my order had gone out with a Door Dash order even though I was there to pick up my online order. The manager tried to make it right and seemed nice enough, but I just got a refund and will NEVER go back there. That was first and LAST visit to that Applebee's.
There was a Door Dash delivery driver there who was waiting on the remainder of an order he had already delivered. I guess I wasn't the only one that had their order wrong. They weren't even busy at all.
Was in town for the night and came here for dinner. Came in and sat at the bar. Took forever to get a drink. Bartender was more concerned with socializing with her friends over doing her job. The bar was disgusting and not clean. Dirty glasses everywhere. And the only customers that were serviced was her friends. Food was pretty decent though.
Went in at 9pm when place closes at 11pm. Sat down at booth. Kept looking around nobody ever came, and after awhile went up to bar and asked if i needed to order up front. Bartender said sorry i didn't see you back there and our server went home. So i moved to the bar in hopes to get service. I ordered the boneless wings and began to eat, after cutting a few pieces apart i came to the shocking realization that many pieces were extremely RAW and solid red/pink. Manger came out in her sweatpants and apologized. Must be the worst managed applebees i have seen.
Had the Cajun chicken and shrimp and the wonton tacos, everything was delicious. Joshua was an attentive and awesome server as well!
So, this Applebee's has never been know for being great, but the last couple times I've gone it was pretty good. I think that's because I had been going when it wasn't as busy. This time, I went on a Friday night with my folks. My burger was fine, but my parents both got meals with mashed potatoes that were cold. Not like it waited in the window too long and got cold, but more like it was never heated up to begin with. The poor waitress was so overwhelmed with all the people that my mother's beer and my margherita sat on the bar for about 20 minutes before we brought up how long we had waited and she went and grabbed them. She was very apologetic about everything and did her best to fix everything and make our dinner nice. This trip wasn't the best, but I know they've been good in the past and don't think this is indicative of an everyday experience.
Went in and was greeted right away. Got drinks and hot food. Stormy was very nice and accommodating and didn't make us wait for anything. All in all a great experience and I will be back.
We came in and sat down. No Hostess. No one ever came to give us menus or take a drink order. Finally, I got up and got our own menus. Then we went to the bar to order ( since nobody ever came. The bartender was only serving her very intoxicated friends.
Although there were several people working there, we were told there was only one server for the whole place. The bar was filthy, I can only imagine how disgusting the kitchen was. Will not be back again.
First our carside to go order was given to someone else. No big deal stuff happens, they remade our order but forgot half of it. When back inside to get the missing steak order and after waiting up front for 20 minutes not seeing any staff I finally went into the kitchen to find someone who worked there. I was handed another bag this time still missing our two sides. I Found our "medium" steak cooked to shoe leather quality and about half the size of what we ordered. Then I got our sides finally. The three or four people we spoke to working on the delivery side were all very apologetic and courteous however the manager was very rude to my wife and had an attitude I can best describe as annoyed and impatient with having to deal with customers in general. All because his staff made mistakes. Which again the staff were all courteous and professional. Manager was rude and seemed like he would rather be doing anything than fix the mistake. Usually we dine in here and have a better experience. We were not impressed at all. I didn't bother trying to get our food made correctly the fourth time.
