Went in for a cocktail, Danielle was absolutely Awesome. Not only was she taking care of her Bar but she was on the service floor as well helping wherever she could. Great experience we will be back.
1. this store does NOT accept online orders, not even for take-out. Must call to order takeout/pickup orders. Don’t spend time trying online. At this writing, could not find anything online indicating online takeout orders not accepted. Don’t waste your time trying as I did. 2. Specials NOT all at advertised price. If you order even one steak on the “2 for 25” menu, you pay an up charge. 3. Arrived at exact time given to pick up order. Happily, it was ready! Drove the 7 minute drive home to find the steak we paid extra for was bloody & cold. Would love to give this Applebee’s a great rating because it is in my hometown but for takeout, I just can’t. UPDATE: shortly after this review, I received an email from Applebee’s Guest Relations. I was told I would hear from a franchisee representative within a few days. A local manager left me a voicemail; I returned the call & left a message but received no call back. I called again to find out she was out for several days so I left a message. Eventually I received another voicemail message that said my last message had been lost & only recently found. I decided to end the telephone tag at that point & did not attempt to connect with the manager again. I’m not certain how to judge the experience. Maybe their business is thriving so negative experience of a hometown customer is not important.
This got to be the best Applebee’s we have been to! Emily was super friendly and welcoming right from the time we entered in. Shaina took great care of our food & drinks, she was attentive, friendly and quick. The food was delicious, we had a great time! Thanks Emily & Shaina for making the experience memorable!

Absolutely horrible! we just left here, and this place is horrid. $15 for a burger and it is the worst thing youll taste in your life! please do not go here. the service is terrible too. they charged us $40 extra dollars made by a “mistake” Their workers are terrible, please don’t go here.
Food was decent, service was average but the server made up for it. The windows had such a draft that made my kids put their jackets in while we waited for food. The servers and managers are well aware of the problem but the owners don’t appear to be willing to invest in the building. Probably won’t return again in the winter months.
Our server was great but the bartenders all were witches - the w + a b. I was with a group that was eating but I was not but because I was with a dinning group I could not be served at the bar. Never will co.e back. It wasn't as much the stupid rule as the attitude. If I get the bartenders names I will post but for management sake it is 4-14-22 at 830pm
This place has to be one of the worst Applebee's I've ever been to & I'm not surprised considering where it is located! The staff are all rude! When I walked in, none of the 3 hostesses greeted me, I then went to sit at the bar & the girl working the bar passed me 4 times before another server hanging out at the end of the bar playing in her phone, pointed to the bartender that I was sitting down there! The drink menu is horrible, who doesn't have seltzers??? I could go on and on, but not a place I highly recommend.
The food quality has gone up! Reviews have an impact! The food has gotten much better! I now put this place in the top 5 places in Meadville for sit-down dining.
The family and I have been surprised at how decent the food has become, or they hired a decent chef.... whatever it is... add this place to your date night!
