Stopped in for lunch and to take refuge from a rainy day.
Food was good and the service was quick, however, there was a little dust up between a patron and a server/Bartender about an order. Lasted for a few minutes. Kind of killed the quiet relaxation of lunch.
Other than that everything was fine.
Went here on Sunday May 19. Our server was excellent…very polite, courteous and attentive. I ordered the beef nachos and they were not good, the ground beef was dried out and looked burnt. I paid my bill even though I was not happy with my food. I asked our server if I could speak to a manager because I had a complaint, not about him, but about the food. He summoned her twice and it took at least 15 minutes for her to respond to our table. I told her that as a manager, I felt her lack of attention to her customers was unacceptable. I told her the ground beef was dry, burnt and it looked like it had been sitting out all night. Although she was apologetic, she did not offer any type of compensation other than to say, “What can I do for you?” as I’m walking out the door vowing to not return and informing her I would be submitting a bad review.
Amazing service with an amazing smile. Drinks were out right after we ordered them, food was perfect to order and she made us laugh. Amazing service will definitely come again! Most amazing Tito’s and vodka I ever drank!!!
If I could give ten stars, I would. Sandy was our server (I hope I’m spelling that right!!) and she was AMAZING!! Super sweet, funny and overall took amazing care of us our whole meal. She made sure our burgers were right and our fries were fresh and I really appreciate that because most servers don’t go above and beyond like she does.
Sometimes visiting Applebee’s is a hit or miss on the kind of service you will receive, but at the Cortez location in Bradenton, FL, despite the restaurant being busy, all the servers and managers were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. The music was not too loud, everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the manager even went out of her way to correct a misunderstanding with our order. We will definitely be back and hope we can have Sandy as a server again! It was only her third day but we always felt attended to and valued as a customer.
Sandy was fantastic - great service and a lovely warm person. Brilliant with our 4 year old who declared ‘we will come again!’ Food was great also and reasonable price. Thanks Sandy!
We came in tonight and they were short staffed but you would have never known it.
Cherise was our Waitress and what a Magnificent Individual. She is so kind and the Best Personality!! This was the best service and experience that we have ever had here. Thank you Cherise for your Wonderful disposition!! You are truly Amazing.
I order food from this location quite often because it’s convenient and one of the only places I can get food late however after this last order I will not spend my money with this location ever again.
I ordered an impossible burger and fries and I called ahead and spoke with Ashley and I asked her politely if she could be sure I do not receive cold food. Unfortunately for me she failed to make sure I received fresh food and not cold or old food. I have always been respectful and polite to every person that works there and to constantly receive cold food as if I don’t matter so I really hope corporate or someone looks into the integrity of each employee there. Why serve food you would eat yourself? My money is hard to come by and I’m not trying to give it away or spend it at a place where the employees don’t have pride in their job
