I love Applebee's! It is one of our favorites we always have the Pretzels and Mozilla sticks. Drinks are good food is always good. Very chill atmosphere.
It was a advertisement for liquor under the non working mini kios, the batter was low, that said if he doesn't offer us a margaritas we get a free advertiser on our next visit, he didn't offer so who determines or remembers we get the freebie? Service was ok, of course. The table across from us got more attention. They had more people, but still even that out. I would go again for sure.
The Food Was Awesome
But the waitress was not a good server. Only came twice to our table. Just to our order and bring our food!!!
When we went a couple of weeks ago in Albuquerque my steak & shrimp was great!
My brother was supposed to have shrimp Alfredo but they gave him salmon alfredo which he ate anyway. The service was great.
Last week here in Hobbs I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp with broccoli, but they sent me chicken three shrimp and mashed potatoes onions and a couple of mushrooms it was a to-go order. I called the manager was really nice took my name and tell me when I got a chance I can come in and get a new order. A few days later I went in for rather I called got a new order for bourbon chicken and shrimp and broccoli but to my amazement it was wrong just like the first time but I ate it anyway didn't want to complain again. Plus I got a bourbon cheeseburger and fries which that order was right. The french frys were hot and amazing too. I still love Applebee's
My mom and I have gone twice now for lunch and had some amazing burgers and fries! Food is wonderful and flavorful! Service is good, and thankfully it's not too loud in there for my elderly mother to join me. :D Keep it up, we'll be back!
Went here on March 6th for my birthday as a family.
But was very disappointed.
Are they that short on staff? We arrive 5:12 pm and we had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated while there was maybe 5 tables full .than my girls ordered Appetizers for their meals and they were done eating by the time the rest of our food finally came .I ordered the salmon i have had here before and was always good .but this time There was a layer of salt on .I had to scrape it off and it was still to salty .and after we are done eating the waitress has the nerves to ask us to clean up all of our garbage on the table and put it in the basket for her .
Sorry for the complaint.

I enjoyed my meal, some of the other guests did not. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp.
I got the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo and the chicken was inedible. It was tough, very hard to chew, dried out, and overcooked. The pasta was wonderfully cooked as was the broccoli.
The waitress offered to get me something else and apologized, but I love their pasta. The manager DID take seven dollars off of our bill which was acceptable. Still a good place to eat.
