I would like to start off with I've been eating at Applebee's for many years and have never had a bad experience. Today I ordered delivery and some of my order wasn't in the bag. I called the store and Mr. Greg, the shift manager, answered the call. He was so pleasant to talk to and put me at ease. He called Door Dash on my behalf and got them to come back and deliver the rest of my order. He is a great asset to have in the restaurant and is super friendly. I even called the corporate office to give him a compliment. Thank you, Mr. Greg, on behalf of myself and my patient.
Amaya R. was such an amazing waitress! Such an awesome attitude and so polite. If she is available, I would definitely ask for her to be your wait staff for the afternoon, evening, or night. The food was great. And I had a peach tea, and my dad had the passion fruit tea (both refillable). Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Thank you for the great service Amaya and great evening.
Decided to go to Applebee's because I was craving the oriental chicken salad and my husband wanted their Riblets, basket. When we checked out the menu we noticed the special 2 for $$ on the back. 1 appetizer to share (or 2 side salads) and 2 full entrees for one price, our selections were in the 2 for $30 column so we decided to try this deal item. We chose to each get a side salad and Ordered an appetizer combo for $18.99 separate from the 2 for $30 dinner deal because the selection was limited.
1st, the waitress forgot to bring the buffalo and blue cheese sauces for the appetizer. 2nd, our side salads were served WITH our appetizer instead of between app & food. Still, not the end of the world, right? Our waitress never checked on us so We asked the waiter who delivered the entrees to the table for the missing sauces and he sent the waitress back with them.
My salad was pitiful - it is supposed to be 2 kinds of lettuce & shredded cabbage, mixed with crunchy noodles, slivered almonds, and oriental dressing and be topped with a fried chicken fillet, cut into bite size pieces for the salad. The salad was nearly dry of dressing, and the fried chicken was ICE Cold and looked like someone cut off the crispy breading parts of an old leftover piece of frozen chicken and hard as a rock. I was also given a cold bread stick that was so hard it clanged when tapped on the side of the plate.
Still Not wanting to complain I decided to pick out the dried slivers of chicken with it's rock hard breading and just slice up some of the boneless wings from our appetizer for my salad. But it too was cold by that time.
Wanting something to eat I grabbed the celery sticks that came with the boneless wings - they had rotted spots on them and were inedible.
We never saw our waitress until time for the check
And when I complained she "talked to her manager" and I got $5 off for rotten veggies and a salad I couldn't eat .

We have frequented this location often. Tonight we had Rachel M as our waitress, wow! She was awesome, so responsive that we NEVER had to ask for one thing. She just really hit it off the charts in reading the customer's needs. We were blown away at her outstanding service. The food was very good and hot. We were there to celebrate a remembrance of a special day and we were not disappointed. Thanks, hang on to Rachel M., she is the best we ever experienced anywhere.
Good parking. Friendly efficient staff. Seating areas were arranged so as to give smaller sections available to fewer people, creating a more private atmosphere.Booths were especially comfortable. Food was very good. Liked the Specials Menu. Offerings included the current items being shown on TV. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Will go again for sure.
Food was yummy and came out hot! Our server Brianna A is REALLY good at her job! She checked in on us, kept a smile on her face and did her task like a boss. This is the exact employee who is needed at so many jobs. I hope she gets recognized for how awesome she is. Great job Brianna!
This is literally the third time in a row, and the third Applebee's I've been to and have been completely disappointed.

The order was completely jacked.
I asked for one complete shrimp scampi meal to go, and I was going to have a cheeseburger in a full size Caesar salad there. My wife was having a full size Caesar salad and a 6-oz steak dinner. The steak meal came out cool, and had exactly 0 flavor, then her salad came out 5 minutes later. Then comes out a freshly cooked plate of shrimp scampi with chicken and pasta on one plate.
So I asked the waitress, why did you bring me the shrimp scampi plate with pasta and chicken? That is to go.
Where is my fullsize Caesar salad?
She then tells me that she put it in a to-go box since I ordered two regular meals she figured I wanted to eat the hot meals and save the salad for later.....
....What???? Who does that? Why are you making decisions for me after I already told you I wanted... The salad and burger with fries here, and the scampi meal is to go.
There was no reason my wife's food should have came out cold. There's no excuse for screwing the entire order up then catching attitude for questioning it. There's no excuse for having to watch the ants climb up and down the wall and around the window and across the table.
Nevermind the group of 4 teenagers next to us that use the f word every 5 seconds.
Definitely wasn't worth the 80 plus dollars I spent there for me and her to eat dinner.
I should have read the reviews before I went to that location.
I would tell you guys to do better, but it looks like you guys have had a long time to do better, and just can't get it right.
My Chicken & Shrimp was so small, I thought it was the kids meal. And my wife and I ordered the 2 for $25 and told the waitress and she said ok. But when I received my bill it said $35.11 for something. I asked our waitress is this a mistake, she said no, but said sir you ordered the chicken and shrimp. I said whe told you we wanted the 2 for $25 and you said ok And then we ordered.. But like I said my food looked like a BABY PORTION for the 2 for $35. And my two sons had pizza and a cheeseburger with fries. The cheese burger was ok size but those 11 fries ( u get more at McDonald's small fries) was not enough for my 7year old. So to sum this up, the portion size was very small, but when I saw the same waitress bring someone else the same thing and there's look like it was suppose to be and I asked the waitress about that she said my bad and left. So for my $60 bill I felt I got robbed. The waitress didn't care enough to say anything when we was ordering our food that it wasn't on the 2 for $25 and with my son and my portion size she did nothing. I got Robbed.
